Today: 206 lb - Hey everyone...Been looking around here for a while now and u all seem enthusiastic and willing 2 help.let me just get strait 2 it...Im a guy, im 14, and i weigh 206 lbs. I want 2 lose as much weight as i safely can before the next school year.Im gonna try and run a little each day... How long should i run 4? Also, I'm really out of shape, so when i do exercise, my heartrate gets above 180. is this ok? is it good for me? how can i make it stronger?im totally lost in this area: DIETINGWhat foods (besides sweets/junkfood) should i try to eat less of?Does anyone have any healthy recipes for breakfast/lunch/dinner?How much water should I drink?Thanks in advance for any helpTMC

Ht. 5'5", Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - i used to be thin but i gained 40 pounds. now im 5 5 and i weigh 192 pounds. i now experience pain in my back and knees when i walk long distances, i am really sore every day after doing anything. ive been trying to lose weight but i havnt been able so does anyone have any suggestions on how either stop the pain or lose weight

I need help. I'm desperate. Ive gorged at to so many fast food places in the past week and just realized all the weight i gained. Im over 250 lbs. Ive gotton so much bigger. Im ballooning up enormously. My already big stomach, thighs and love handles have been growing huge and out of control. I eat whenerver i feel like it and even when im full. I get tired whenever i get up. I need to no how to kick the bad eating habits. PLEASE HELP!

i do good all day not eating too much and eating right, but when i get home from school i got straight into the kitchen and i eat everything i see and i keep gaining weight. i know what i have to do lose weight but i just can't seem to keep it going and save will power? any suggestions?

ummm, i dont want to offend anyone in here, but you people that are 130-114 pounds that say that you are so heavy and need to lose weight and your 5'4, 5'5, 5'6, well, i think you guys should leave. i dont mean the people that have been using this forever, and lost weight to that size, but i know that some people just joined like yesterday that are 130 lbs, and are like "i need to lose 10 lbs!" i dont think you do. please dont take this personally, i just feel weird when people say that that's their weight. i dont even remember being 125-130 lbs!
