Uhg... I just ate so much my stomach hurts! I don't understand how I can eat so much, I don't feel hungery and there is no good food in the house but I just feel bored or just feel like eating so I stuff my face (with food I don't even like) so much my stomach hurts I can just feel it stretching. If someone has tips to like avoid the kitchen or something, I don't know... I know brushing my teeth helps sometimes but usually I just head towards the kitchen.

Put up reminders on your cabinets (Such as quotes or pictures) that remind you that you're trying to lose weight. That way, every time you head to the kitchen, you'll see them and you'll be less tempted to eat. You could also keep a bottle of water with you. Every time you get a craving, take a drink of water.

But i'm doing it for me and for my health. Don't lose it to get a guy or a girl. You will still be you when you lose weight you'll be in a smaller body. and if people can't see how good you are with a few extra pounds they're not worth it and can't see how good of a person you are without the extra pounds.i'm going on a low carb low cal diet. and my boyfriend told me that i was beautiful just the way i am and he's happy with my at my size because of the kind of person i am. so it's obvious i'm not doing it for him. i'm doing it for me for my health and for my future. if you're a beatiful person on the inside that's all you need. that special someone will find their way to you.

Ht. 5'6", Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 81) - hi everyone, im 18 yrs old, 5'6, and weigh about 155lbs. im overweight & feel discusting. recently in the fall i lost alot of weight and was down to 120lbs. it was the best feeling ever!! but then everyone thought i was anorexic & my mom got really worried. she made me eat all this sick food. then i just kept eating and eating & gained all this wieght back plus more. this is the worst shape i have ever been in my life. im trying to lose weight like i did before but i don't have that drive or willpower. i need it very bad. sometimes i become depressed b/c of what i look like then i just eat more & it makes the problem worse instead of better!!! Sometimes it even gets to the point where i wish i was anorexic so i didn't look like this. please reply to this...i need your help!!!!! its so hard to live like this right now. if you want to be a buddy in losing weight with me or have any tips...i would greatly appreciate it! thanks

hey. if you are currently trying to lose weight right now or you have already lost a lot of weight, how do you keep yourself motivated to continue exercising and eating right? i already know what to eat and how much to exercise, but i have trouble motivating myself to do it. any advice would be great, thanks.

Everyone thinks imm extrememly gross, and everyone makes fun of me, it makes me real sad, and i hate looking in the mirror every morning to see this fat blob looking back at me. I try best not to leave my house, because the looks people give me makes me cry :(:(. Basically i discust myself, and i need to change it before i die of obeisity.

Bailey do not be afraid to go outside because other people laugh or give strange looks.I was in like the same sitch I lost 320 lbs in 2 years. People are mean they used to call me "the Big Bluebrry" and scream every time I walked down the hall so when I started to work out I would try to prove them wrong and that is what kept me going. I suggest you get a Tread Mill and pick so many miles you would like to run a week. STart with like 15 the first week and try to build up each week. Now I weigh 135 lbs 5'5> well that is my sucess story I hope to see yours soon Thank You and I wish you luck.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 130 lb, Today: 106 lb (BMI %tile: 9) - hia i'm 13 n wen i used to be 130 pounds when i was 5 foot 3 i really didn't like it n id always luk in magazines n wana b like them, i always wantd to b a magazine model. Anyway 1 day i got really tired of bein fat n i just stopped eatin snacks like crisps chocolate n sweets n vrytime i really wanted them n wanted to giv up i lukd at my magazines n i ate a piece of fruit or something. i also statd walkn the dog once a day around the block, then i started runnin n doin xtra activities afta school n at lunch. It really workd n i am now 5 foot 7 and weigh 106 pounds n best of all i hav an agent nd am doin sum magazine shoots. just remember vry1 is a different shape n if u cnt be happy with that then yes exercise n diet will work but thats only if u want it there is nothin wrong with not bein stick thin, just be healthy and be happy for that.

Hi! I'm a little heavier than u but i know how it is, im 5'9" and 170 lbs. I also want 2 look good in a bathing suit 4 the summer. I have a few pool partys and i want 2 look good, im trying 2 work on my stomach rite now so i might b able 2 get into a 2piece. Hey! You know what I do? Whenever I see a pizza or some junk food, I say 'Do I want to gain 10 lbs?!' And I won't want it anymore, lol. I don't know, that's just what I do! Hope I've helped...in some way lol.
