hey hun. if ur worried bout your family eating at mcdonalds u can eat there too. just instead of getting a hamburger and fries or whtever have 1 have big salads like the grilled chicken ceasar. theyre really good and pretty filling just make sure you take ur time and concentrate on eatin so u dont eat to fast. also lik others said instead of pop get water and drink alot of it throughout the whole day. i mean ur gonna hafta pee alot but it really does work. and try to get some exercise. walking is probably the best way to start. walk every chance u get evn in every day life. like the stairs instead of an elevator. stuff lik tht. and u can still have snacks if u get hungry during the day but stick to fruits and veggies.i hope this helps. if u want nemore advice or wanna tlk email me at TQueenoftheCouRt@aol.com. btw ive neva had a bf either:)

you can still eat out at those3 places. just pick a healthier choice. such as a veggie dish (with a litle bit of the other stuff you like just to taste it) at the schinese place and cut out the fries and maonaise at mcdonalds or have a salad. eat really slowly so that you're on the same dish even though your familie's on thier third or whatever and just eat realy slowly untill you have to leave and be really happy with what you have! learn how to love tiny tastes of food and cut out zero calorie stuff like soda for drinking and only drink water and tea and things with no sodium or calories in them. cut down on your salt intake becasue it makes you bigger by retaining water that you don't need in your body. just make tiny changes that are good and work up losing weight. you can do this and it can bne for life,. oh- and the whole boyfriend thing- well- i didn't get my first kiss even... Start: 145 lb, Today: 113 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey everyone! I am 113 pounds and my goal weight was 115!! I have worked so hard on my diet. I weighed 145 and in 3 and a half months look where I am, 113. Incase anyone wants to know, here was my diet plan and exercise regimin. Every morning, I would wake up and have one cup of green tea(green tea boosts metabolism)then for breakfast I would have 1-2 eggs, 1 slice of whole wheat toast with alittle butter, a piece of fruit and orange juice or coffee. For lunch I would eat a large salad and fruit or a sandwich w/whole wheat bread and some mixed nuts. I came home from school ate half of a grapefruit and half of a orange with a bit of sugar. For dinner, I always had some type of meat and a large side of veggies. If I was still hungry I would eat nuts (VERY GOOD FOR YOU!) Every other day I did a 25 minute Pilates tape. Well first of all before you eat a meal drink a big glass of water, it fulls you up so you dont eat as much. If you eat large portions eat half of what you eat and save the rest for later. Try and exercise after you eat. Eat slowly because you get full faster. Eat mabey a piece of candy each week. (depending how big it is) if you would like more advie e-mail me at Cutiestar23@aol.com

if you want to lose weight fast well eat healthy food like fruits, go for a walk everyday and exercise make sure u dont eat chips, lollies, and drink coke it bad for you well you can eat little bit but not that much.
but the most important thing is walking it good for you, my friend name stepie she's only 14 years old and she was ovr weight, she started to eat fruits and everyday she goes for a walk around the streets like for examples she wakes up in the morning she goes then night she goes again and now she got the best body and she now has a boyfriend.

I stayed the same weight since the last time I posted up until about two weeks ago. What I did was I unplugged everything in my bedroon except my alarm clock and my sterio. Everyday I'd plug in either my TV or computer and allow myself ten minutes with it. Cutting back on those two things really helped me. It made me either go outside for a couple of hours or get me to dance to songs that came on my sterio. I'm not a good dancer, but it still helped. I cut my meals in half and drank five glasses/bottles of water with every meal. If I had a snack I would have a small ammount of it. After every meal I would do 300 crunches and after every snack I would do 150 crunches. If I was at school I would do them as soon as I got home. In the last two weeks I have lost about eight pounds and my stomach muscles are getting stronger. You all can do it, I'm not sure if what I do will help anyone else, but it's worth a try since all you can loose is weight.

yes, i do. Here are some things.
no more pop
dont eat past 8 PM
count your calories
eat half of what you eat, and save the rest for later
dont skip meals, or else your body will eat your fat
Excersize so that you can born more calories then you consume...then you will lose weight.

Hi my name is Marshall and I have some advice for you.
Do not eat alot of red meat like steak. Cut out as much junkfood as you can. Cut out sodas completely drink 5 or more glasses of water a day. Cut all the normal potions that you eat in half. Jog or walk around the block or neiborhood then do 30 sit ups and some leg exercizes like squats or lunges.

k its hard for ppl that have never lost weight to tell ya wat to do but coming from me i can give you great tips i worked my but off and in 2 months i have lost 20 lbs. 1st off no matter wat DO NOT EAT AFTER 6 (MOST IMPORTNT THING) 2nd take soda rite outta yur dieat ya gettin hungy between meals grap a bannanna or ne fruit or veggie. dont over eat n if ya hav a cravin dnt killyurself this is no 2 week thing ya gotta liv wit it the rest of yur life have a snak everyonce in a wile ...try these snaks pretzels or italian ice or frozenyurgurt..low fat doesnt meen not fattrenin dnt go crzzy wit it jus eat it at MOST once a week n b4 u snak out reed servin suggestions also hold off for 10 min if 10 min lata ya still want it go for it EVERYTHIN IN moderation tho hope this helps

You r fat? Join some sports teams. that will help you loose weight. I was overweight in elementary school. I weighed like 130 in 5h grade. It was terrible. then i middle school i started volleyball in athletics. it took about 6 mo. to get down to 105. just cut down on fat and eat a Healthy diet. The akins diet is NOT good. you will just gain the weight over again.Instead of buying school lunches , make your own salad or turkes sandwich. Try yoga. i know you might think that it is stupid. nobody would have to know that you do it. It will get fat gone and give you mucle. good luck.

do this
1.get a lot of sleep
2.wake up early everyday and xersise(have water with u)
3.have a friend along with u. friends help encourage u. and u guys can BOTH lose weight
4.everyday eat veggies, fruits and low fat meals. 14g per meals(only have 2 meals) BUT SMALLIN UP UR PERPORSIONS! that means eat less then u used 2
5.never say that u cant do it bcuz u can
6.xersise after u eat dinner
7.ONLY have 1500 calories a day
8.remember eat healthy
