Ask Your parents to Do not Buy Junk food for and Buy Healthy food Exercise every day. The main thing that will make you lose with is running for about 45 min.You should be able to lose weight Because you are still growing. Have Faith in Yourself.Write in Your diary to let the presure go.

Hi I am Halle and I was just like you at age nine I weighed 121 but since then I am only 90 pounds and have no fat. What I did was wathed what I ate. No candy or things with lots of calories. You should introduce yourself to a healthy life style. Try exersizing. Get weights and do a 100 every day. Do lots of sit ups. You can do it I know you can.

hi i always exercise 30 mins a day 3 times a week or more. 8 or more glasses of water a day. situps help your stomach size decreace a little jog around the block a few times b4 school starts every morning cut back on food eat half save half 4 l8r this might sound girly but dance moves helped me loose 25 lbs. teach your familly some moves or start a neighborhood class.at night when you cant sleep do sit ups stretch jumping jax 40 a day or less.prrsonalize a diet plan. Take all tips you gat here and put them together on some paper and write at the top YOU CAN RESIST!!then when you want snacks say i can resist and look at the paper.anyway write that at the top of your plan take some of your tv time and jog or exercise. NO fried food,CHOCOLATE,OR CANDY.If youeat out order broiled or boiled food.ride your bike if you have 1.or walk your dog if you have 1. skate,run,swim,play sports,orjog it all helps.Dont drink sodas drink diet sodas and crystal light tea helped me loose 12 lbs.I hope your diet goes well!!BEST OF LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

People- weight loss IS NOT a secret. you JUST burn more calories then you consume it is that simple. SO either eat less, exercise more or do both. Thats it, easy said, easy done. (There are also pills if you are not incontrol of yourself, but I don't believe in those people are in control of their actions and shouldn't need pills)

Hey~ I dont even no y im saying n e thing 2 u cuz i dont no how 2 help u. Everybodys body is different and every1 wood lose weight @ a different pace. My advice is cut down on sugary sweets like candy or wutever. Then u can eat healthier stuf like salads, meat(without the fat), etc. Drink lots of water, that'll help u out a little mor. Exercise is a good thing wen it cums 2 losing weight. I myself am trying 2 lose and i no that it gets frustrating. But i no u can do it. Just eat healthier, exercise, drink mor water, and believe in urself. U can do it!!! I hope this wuz @ least a little helpful 2 u. =)

i know. weight loss is hard, and it doesn't come overnight. but what many people don't understand is the energy we put into and use in our bodies. also known as calories. there is about 3500 calories on a pound of fat, so what you need to do is make it so you're eating less calories(not necissarily eating less food! just healthier- veggies have a lot less calories then junk! and snaking on veggies and fruits help to not over eat at meals. also! they have a lot of fiber and fiber makes you go to the bathroom and loose weight...well- um- hehe- back on track!) and burning a good amount during excersize. cardio is better then weight lifting if you want to look thinner. at first! cardio helps get the layer of fat off. i lose weight by doing tae-bo and this game called dance dance revelution(find something fun!) and i use slimfast for one meal and cut out junk food. but you have to understand ... to lose weight u could not play as much x box and go outside and do stuff and try not eatin junk food also when school starts u'll probably lose a lil weight becasue u'll be busy but after school and stuff u could go for a walk or do some kinda excercise and if u don't wanna excercise then just don't eat as much make sure u have good portions and all that junk

u don't really have to do a hardcore excercise u could just try maybe riding ur bike or hangin out with friends more also once school starts u'll probably lose weight cause u won't have as much spare time and if u have a really really bad cravin for junk food just drink a diet soda or water and then weight awhile and go do somethin and hopefully you'll forget about it

Ht. 5'4", Today: 115 lb (BMI %tile: 59) - im not overweight cuz i weigh 115 and im 5'4 but i got this 4 overweight ppl. i got it off this site. i dont think ppl look @ the stuff that much here cuz they ask bout how 2 lose weight. well it says:Cut in half whatever you usually eat, eat half, and save half for later. You're not giving it up, because you can have it later. If you're at a restaurant, ask the waitress to box up the half you don't eat and take it with you to have the next day. Even cutting just a third or a fourth off will help. The idea is to eat the same things you are used to, just less of them. This is hard for the first week or two, but then it gets easier. Cutting down by little steps each day may be easier. Then it's like a new habit. You don't even miss the extra food. You can then adjust the size of the servings you eat, so that you stay where you want your weight to be. I ate healthier,ate less,didnt eat after 6,stayed away from junk food,exercised and drank ALOT of water.

Hi Curly I am 12 and 150 too I just want to tell you that all you have to do is eat right like eat more fruits and veggies chicken and fish and try to stay away from mayonnaise cheese fried foods and sweets. And exercize bike ride or go for a walk for 30 minutes a day and after you do that do 20 to 30 sit ups and leg exercizes.

HEY,heres sum tips.hope they work!*drink loads of water before u eat. if u dont lik water, try fruit juice but avoid fizzy drinks as they puff out ur stomach. itll fill you up loads!*learn to recognise hunger from cravings. and dont mix them up!*find a sport u enjoy lik kickboxing(!!) or swimming, and do it with friends * dont completly ban any foods. u can eat a chocloate bar once aweek, or eat pudding, just dont mak it 3 of them!* graze throughout the day on small healthy snacks.dont starve cos it dont work!(been there and ending up passingout)*get A DIET BUDDY cos they really help. later x
