rideing bike swimming and do crunches and leg lifts will help out tremendously drink a lot of water and cut what u eat in half and dont eat a lot of junk some is fine a lot is not ok

I have an idea for you, try excerise everyday, byt doing things you like, not eating any sweets, and only eating at meal times and not at any other time of the dat. DO NOT EAT PAST 6:00pm so try to eat dinner before 6:00 ebcause if you past 6 the fat is stored and your not loseing it because you'll have to go to bed in 2-4 hours so you'll be sleeping with the extra fat. Hopes this works for you!!!!!AND ONLY DRINK WATER YOU NEED SOME MILK TO HELP YOUR BONES SO 2 glasses of milk a dad is good enough even 3 is okay!!!!

eat healthy and less and not eat after 6. drink alot of water and exercise..stay away from all junk food.

Don’t worry about it! ~! ~ If everyone was skinny, and beautiful, the world would be awful, and so, I don’t think you need to lose any weight. But if there is a chance that you are saying "I just want to be skinny!" then this is my Advise to you. My dad ate no sugar for 2 weeks, and he lost 20 pounds, and my sister drank like, 4-5 bottles of water a day and lost about 10-15 pounds!~ And, I ride my bike 2-3 miles every day only if I did not go places with my friend, or if I did not get any exercise during the day. My question is to everyone is, why do people ask how to lose weight? I mean, there is no secret, no special way to lose weight, I mean, it does not happen overnight!~ Everyone know how to lose weight!~ Eat right, drink lots of water, and exercise!~ I weigh about 130 pounds right now, and I feel over weight. To lose weight don't eat when your not hungry. Yes I know that can be very difficult but EVERYTIME you go for something STOP and say out loud- "This *cookie* is *250* calories. It will give me 1 miniute of pleasure but cost me *45* miniutes of hard exercise. Is it worth it?" This has REALLY helped me so I highy reccomend thinking this through everytime you are thinking about eating something when your not hungry. (if you are actually hungry and not just craving something then eat, but other wise ask yourself this and then think again before mindlessly snacking.)

hey drimk 9 glasses o water a day 5 sit ups when u wake up and 5 b4 u sleep then move up 1 a day like day 1, 5 situps day 2 ,6 situps and so on. When u reach 50 u should have lost some lbs. Cut meat in half and with some veggies cucumbers watrmelon and cantelope and NO CANDY OR SNACKS unless its healthy snacks no sodas or koolaid just water and ride your bike(if u have 1) or walk and run.Take a jump rope and jump on ur porch watch fitness channels and copy them. Have dance competitions with ur buds and say the winner gets to teach every1 a new step or take dance lessons sign up 4 sports and eat less Try 2 cut back on sweets 1 small peice of candy a week or 1 soda a week eat a bannana 4 breakfast a cucumber and ha;lf of a peice of baked chicken or if u eat out order a salad with any meal and water with NO FRIED FOOD!!! eat healthy exersise daily and BEST OF LUCK!!!

Hey...all i can say is eat less,eat healthier,stay away from junk food,drink alot of water,and exercise and not eat after 6. The way he did it was the same way anyone losing weight by burning more calories then he consumed. That can be done by eating less, exercising more, or both. There is no big secret to losing weight (unless you have a disease or some other health problem)- you just need to burn more calories then you consume

Soo u wanna lose weight huh? Well first thing u need to do is stop eating fatening foods like ice cream.. and soda.. second.. you need to not eat as much like if u regularly eat Mashed potatoes and a salad for dinner cut that in half.. third... DRINK WATER!! I mean a lot of it!! fourth thing is make a goal and don't stop doing this until u have reached your goal!!! Hey Melissa! You and me have almost the same exact problem. I was once called at school a Fat Butt. I weigh 185 lbs. This summer me and my family are going on a diet,cause im sick of not fitting into clothes and not feeling healthy. Maybe this will help!
A. Morning: Eat a healthy ceral ( Frosted Flakes )
B. Afternoon: Have what you would like but, make it into small portion sizes
C. Afternoon: Instead of watching tv, take a walk,ride your bike,go swimming
D. Have a healthy dinner ( watch your portion sizes!! )
E. Get 8-9 hours of sleep!!

Don't drink anymore soda, drink water (8 glasses a day) instead! Its much more healthy. Also, don't eat sweets or chips or other junk food. Eat fruits and veggies instead! Go on walks, they are easy and you WILL lose. Count your calories with http://www.fitday.com and watch what you eat. Make sure you eat less than you burn and you'll lose! Good luck!

Go on walks!! Get out of the house. Take your dog (if you have one) or just enjoy nature. Jump rope when you can, do jumping jacks, clean the house or the dishes. Watch what you eat NO JUNK FOOD OR SWEETS! And stop drinking soda, that will help A LOT. Eat fruits and veggies and healthy food. Count calories and don't eat more 1,600 a day. You'll lose weight! And you'll be a lot healthier. Walking is fun and not hard, and it really works. Good luck!

there is no easy way to lose wheight. you have to do it with hard work and dedication. you should eat less fattty foods and eat more nutrisions foods and exercise more.
