cut ur portions in half and eat lots of veggies and lots of fruit(but not too much fruit) and if u do this u wont have to exercise that much! well it works for me.....

Hey, i can honestly relate to what u have right now. I used to be the same way. I dont know of any over night or fast solutions, but i do know a way to get rid of them. What i did was cut back with things in my diet i didnt think i needed, but still kept a balanced and healthy diet. Record ur eating habbits on paper and add up calories and stuff. Another important part to gettin rid of those love handles is excerise. More then just running which works ur cardio and helps get rid of calories but by doing sit ups and specalising in ur stomach. Using weights is important, and to increase them often it helps to get rid and tone, and even after a week ull notice a difference that ur stomach will be stronger. It'll take a while to get totally rid of those love handles, but after reps and reps ull soon have those rock hard abs. Its important tho to incorperate a good diet because u could have... Ht. 5'2", Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hello there. I am 16, 5'2, and I weigh 203 pounds. I did an online BMI, and I am in a high risk level of obesity. I have tried diet and exercise, but it just isn't heloing my health at all, I find myself tired all the time, and disgusted with myself that I have let it get this far. Is there anything or anyone that can help me? I am desperate, I know that if I let this problem go any longer it will begin affecting my health, and right now, we can't afford that. Please, someone, anyone, HELP! According to doctors, a person my height should normally weigh between 125-140 pounds....I weigh over 65 pounds more than that....And if I gain only 15 more pounds, I will be considered morbidly obese,and I am not even an adult yet! I am running out of options, and will power. Thanks.....Seriously over weight, and scared.

Hi I am Sarah and I am 14 and I weigh 178 or less i need to loose weight my doctor even told me so. So I got this information from someone else and they told me as long as i give them credit i can give people the info so i am giving this person credit. All I do is cut down on your portion sizes and hide the junk food or dont buy the junk food. Go on walks daily do 50 situps a night and some leg lifts and go swimming ride a bike play a sport. These things will help you loose weight and gain muscle so if you loose some weight but not a lot and you realize you are getting toner then you are gaining muscle but you will still look thinner round the stomach and hips. Hey I have an idea on how you can loose weight I got it from someone and me and her call it the lilsweet plan. All you have to do is cut down all your meals like cut them in half, Drink a lot of water, have maybe something sweet once a week and not a lot of it, do 50 sit ups a night, some leg lifts, and you can loose 2-3 pounds a week and be a healthy weight in a matter of a couple of months. It might seem like it will take a long time but you will be able to keep it off because you aren't trying to loose a lot at a time. Hey u can try 2 eat little bites, and eat slower!Also, try 2 get over the urge 2 eat...whenever ur hungry, just go 4 a walk or something instead, then u wont b as hungry...eat 3 meals a day and make sure ur snacks r healthy, such as fruits.Good luck!;-)

Hey everyone, i have a question. If you don't sweat when your working out do you still burn calories?? I have been doing physical therapy and all my exersizes are light. I can't do anything strenuous. I don't sweat when I'm doin the exersizes though. Am I still burning calories??!!!!

I think u still do and i way not to have to loose as many calories is cut ur portions in half and drink A LOT of WATER and just do sit ups and leg lifts and do some walking instead of getting a ride some where if it is close enough ride ur bike or walk then you dont have to do sweating activities and things that will hurt u and u will still loose weight. want more advice email me at sweetie1855@msn.com or im me at lilislander07 on aim!

I am 14 to as u see and i want to weigh 140 cuz my doctor said that would be healthy weight for me cuz i am 5 fot 4 inches. Just so you dont gain any more weight I would eat heaslthy and do some sort of excercise once a day or something walk to the park swim and eat fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water and maybe cut ur portions in half at meals when u eat the meat and bread but vegetables and fruit eat as much get low fat salad dressing and have your parents hide the candy from u then once a week have some sort of candy nd break it in half and save one half for another day cuz that way it isnt a diet that u may not get sick from for more help email me at sweetie1855@msn.com and I can give u more advice

hey, ever since school got out, i've been spending my summer days (or some of them) at home, and u know, theres nothing on tv, its all re runs, and the computer can only take up so much of your time, so theres nothing else to do here but eat! and its like too hot in the mid day to walk, like 90 somthing. what can i do that will take up my time so i don't eat so much during the day? i gained like 5 pounds because theres nothing here to do but eat. plz help with any advice i could during the day!

Hey, I know what you mean, summer can make you eat more. What I did was I would wake up early and walk before it got to hot. During the day I would only eat my three meals and if I needed to snack it was fruit that I grabbed for. Even if there is nothing on t.v., put some music on and do some crunches or lift small weights. I lost 43 pounds, and this seemed to be a big help. E-mail me back Selenafan@pa.net.

You should try eating more healthy foods instead of junk foods and try being more active instead of sitting around and watching Tv go for a walk or go hang out with your friends and before you know it you will probably be skinny. The first thing you need to do is quit starving yourself. It decreases you metabolism and causes you body to keep fat stored inside your body. It is also unhealthy. The first thing you need to do is change your eating ways. It may sound like a pain but i have lost 30 pounds in the last 5 months. Eat salads with fat free dressing. I lived off of it for a while. Instead of eating chips eat fruit. Eat baked chicken and fish instead of beef. And eat nothing fried. Buy every food that you get like bread,milk,ect. No fat or low fat. and limit your calories and portions. Eat sensibly. Also excersice Ride a bike take a walk to anything to keep you off the coach.
