You will reget it, later on, I think you should re think about this again, there is all of kinds of acticves, to get moving, walking, strechs, jump rope, joging, water gun fighting, and swimming, in a lake, or an ocean.. I do excrising all the time.. Walk the dog, your freind's dog or the neighobr's dog.. Teens are dying at a young age because of not excirsing and not doing anything about their extirme overweight issues.. you get moving right away, .. I hope to have helped.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - Oh and as a PS to everyone... even if you arent a tea drinker, you should try Lipton Diet Green Tea w/ Citrus. I hate green tea but I can drink a 48 oz bottle of this (although i wouldnt recomend 48 oz of this in one day, lol) It is amazing for you, it is diet which means no calories, carbs, or anything, but it only has 60grams of sodium which is very low for a diet product. And it has 72grams of flavonoid antioxidants (which you can get from fruits and veggies too) I love it. I encourage people to try it (but read the label in case your allegic to something in it.) tata for now!

not to sound condescending, but diet drinks are extremely unhealthy in the long run. the aspartame/other artificial sweeteners are soooooooo detrimental to your health. they can cause cancer, depression, ADHD, and you can get "aspartame poisoning". many people have had serious medical problems, and they stopped drinking diet soda, and BAM they went back to normal. all diet drinks are POISON. so don't drink them. sorry for the rant

How does coke have 0 calories? Unless you mean coke 0 or diet coke. Which are both bad because they have aspartame. You did good otherwise

Sorry wrong button...just ignore the previous post. After doing a little bit of research, I found that it is made of methanol (which is highly toxic), Phenylalanine, and aspartic acid. It has been proven to increase appetite, cause nerve damage, learning difficulties, sexual dysfunction, seizures, may be linked to different kinds of cancer, and a bunch of other things. I'm not saying that this is the truth. I don't know what is, But why take the chance? You are better off to be safe. I got this info from http://www.321recipes.com/aspartame.html. Check it out for more info against aspartame.

I have some time before I go to work, so I decided I'd tell you about my past habits before I met some helpful people along the way. I used to eat a small, unhealthy breakfast consisting of white bread and sweets. Then, I 'd pig out for lunch and have 2 or more pieces of cake for dessert. Then, half an hour before dinner, I'd eat 7 or 8 cookies hoping I'd spoil my appetite so I don't have to eat so much. Well, in reality, the cookies are higher in calorie than dinner itself. It didn't work, of course, and I ate a huge dinner and didn't stop until my stomach hurt. I felt like crap afterward, so I thought, "well since I screwed up today, I might as well eat more". So before bedtime EVERY NIGHT, I'd eat several donuts or half a box of Pot of Gold chocolates or a peanut butter sandwich. I couldn't sleep at night because my heart was beating so fast and my stomach hurt so much.... I treat myself occasionally, but I don't eat until it hurts. I sleep better now and I feel more in control of myself. Dieting is really a change in lifestyle more than anything. the atkins is not good... it tricks your body into thinking that it is starving... and being deprieved of what it needs (carbohydrates) so as soon as you start to eat like a normal person, carbs/protein and fats... your body tries to store carbs as energy, for fear that it will be deprieved again... the same thing would happen if you cut out protein, even though you need 70% less of it than carbohydrates, it is vital.... you would loose weight the same way as in restricting carbs... but your skin would go green, purple, and start to wrinkle and fall off... you would also loose muscle... but atkins has a fair few cons too, namely ''bad breath, bad skin, spots, greasy hair and skin, and plenty others'' ... so really the best diet would be a balanced healthy diet complied with some good excersise and plenty of water... that is your best route to a healthy life......... arent we lucky we are able to have one...

It makes you HEALTHIER - and i think thats the most important thing - I'm seriously overweight and im doing something about it because Im scared that i could develop type 2 diabetes or heart diesease. Yeah being thinner is also a factor - but personally I'm not going to let dieting take over my life, just have a healthier life so I can go out and have FUN!!!!!

Today: 151 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey Lovvies, I'm backChristmas is here (almost)Today i did walk strong, and pilates, and i feel good. I had to bake cookies, and I limited myself to 2 (if i want one) a day. i'm 151 right now- my weight range should be no more than 143, so I'll make my goal 140. I look somewhat thin because of my frame, but i'm not happy. I want to be able to do things and not get out of breath so easily, catch me?I bet half of you are losing weight for that reason. I mean, I'm tired of being out of breath in gym and trying to hide it.So after these two weeks of break, I expect to be at least 3 pounds lighter. That's all for now.Oh, and when i get cravings, i just tell myself that i could be working on something. it's helped so far.--Taylor

Hi I wanted to ask if you think I can lose weight by diet alone. Do you think I could do that or should I exercise too? My mom went on atkiins and lost 60 pounds then after the diet she put on 20 pounds. And I also found this diet that is really good it is called God's diet. It is where all you eat is natural things you know like fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish. No bread or ice cream and alot of other things. Do you think that is a good diet? And if you think that I should exercise too can you give me some tips?

you can definately lose weight by diet alone- the thing is- it'll go faster and there are a lot of benefits to exersize- but you can add that in later, i guess. when i don't exersize i lose 1 pound per week by dieting but i can lose 2 pounds when i add in exersize plus i feel better. well- good luck- i would try to at least exersize a tiny bit but if you can't then you can't i suppose...
