Hey you guys, i was wondering if any of you have the same problem, i diet really well like it's easy for me but on the weekends, i cant diet for some reason. I just eat a lot of sweets and stuff which leads me back where i started. Do any of you do this to? and if so, how do you prevent it??? PLEASE HELP!

If you really want to lose fat, if you are TRULY serious, then you will avoid going places where junk food will be. Try bringing yogurt, or celery with peanut butter on it, or apples when you go out with friends. Feel proud of yourself when you are eating healthy and they are all pigging out on fat. (try to remember where the food will go (straight to where ever you store fat the most.) If you feel the urge to eat junk, drink lots of water and go take a walk. Just remember that you CAN eat junk in moderation. So if you really feel the craving, eat a little and then leave...(That way you can stop the craving and not end up eating the entire contents later) Believe me I have been through this sooo many times, I give up! I am eating healthy for life, but in moderation i WILL eat a piece of pizza! Good luck.

Go one week with eating properly but more, like more apples than you eat candy and other healthy stuff and you will feel like 5 times better than the week before

Hi im Jamie. Im 13 i am 5'2" and weight 140(~~~~ Eeek!). I know I am overweight and that it will take a while to lose the weight. I wanna get atleast the exact middle of the healthy weight range. I would like if some one replied(cause no one every replies to me...)My mom is out of town but as soon as she gets back i want her to get rid of all the junk food and get only healthy foods. Maybe if my mom and I make like a chart of things i get for losing a certain amount of weight every month or two I get a certain reward. I want my mom to pack my lunch or I'll eat after school. I think it would be cool if people really thought I was my sister because some people do than they start thinking "no, that isn't her she isn't fat like that girl." My sister is really thin and pretty, i look like her but im alittle shorter and im chubby. I want all my skinny friends to want to barrow my clothes and say these are too small for me. Well please reply.

I've had a lot of experience losing weight, and the first thing you have to make sure you do is to forget trying to look like other people because it will never happen. I don't mean to say you will never be as good looking as them, because that's not true, you just will never have the same appearance, body shape, etc. As for the healthy food, way to go...it's really hard to get used to it at first, but now I can't even imagine eating fried foods and other stuff...try to go to a health food store- you'd be suprised at how tasty their food is

i' 5-9 and hve 3 rolls of 240lb of fat i cant stop eating cause it like my stomach is sterched out and i have to fill it with more food kind of like that diagram on the website ive gained 10 lb in 2 weeks any help

Start eating some more fruits and vegetables and maybe a little less dessert.Drinking a lot of ice water makes you fuller faster.Drink some water when you get a craving and drink some ICE water before meals bacause it shrinks your stomch a little and makes you full faster.I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

11 days ago i started a new diet, i only ate soup like tomato, chicken noodle etc. along with fruit and grape-tomatos and its working great. I lost 8lbs already. I just wanted to know if this is healthy because i'm also drinking milk, water and V8. I also take an occasional vitamin.

that is not real good for u because u need some meat in your diet to.. meat is good for u if u dont eat to much of it.eat some tuna fish. i usually eat tuna fish 2-3 times a day. its almost a perfect food, 13g of protein and .5g fat. its really good for u, but make sure u get the kind in water not in oil. that water kind i think taste better and it i ALOT better for u. hope this helps.

Hmm.... I make a cinnamon-suger apple, by cutting a skinned apple into pieces and then sprinkling the cinnamon-suger on it.

Water is good because the more water you drink the lesws water you retain. If you retain a lot of water you become bloated and weigh more. Water also stops you from feeling so hungry. If you drink a large glass of water 20mins before your meal you will feel less hungry

Hey! Well, I've been with this site for a long time now, and still I'm fat. I weight 165 (about) ponds, and I'm 5'8''. I know it seems like I'm not overweight, but I am. I want to loose weioght soon, I'm very active, but nothing helps. I'll eat like bags of chips and stuff in 20 minutes. I drink about 5 sodas a day and every night I have about 2 slices of cake. Hi everyone! Last week I started a new diet. But on friday I got really dizzy and almost fell off the steps. I only eat 1 meal (dinner) that is about 500 calories. I excersize constantly. I should off lost about 2 pounds now and 10 by the end of the month. I know I can stick to it, it's easy. Do you guys think that there is a chance of me becoming anerexic? Do you think I can faint? sorry to say this, but your not gonna lose any weight. Because you have cut your calories so drastically, which should not be under 1,200, your body is going to conserve as many calories as it can to survive, meaning , it won't burn anything but turn it into fat because ur calorie intake is so low, the excercise thing is good, but definetly not the way your eating, it could also effect ur weight loss plans in the long run because it will slow your metabolism making it even harder to lose anything, id eat a lot more if i were u, just make it healthy, like no cokes or juice, just water, potatoes (not fried), vegetables, fruit, fresh (not fried) fish, bread (wheat), ive been on this diet and have lost weight fast, i used to do what u were doing a long time ago, and i gained wieght instead of losing it, now i eat alot of healthy foods and excercise and im losin weight, remember it shouldn't be lower than 1,200 calories, your body can't take any lower.

hey I just want to mention that diet pop is really really bad for you it has aspartame in it which can do alot of damage including cancer. They put aspartame in RAT poison! I know that for alot of you it means alot less calories but its not a good idea. Try 7-up or something else that doesnt have caffine instead. :)

The best thing to drink is water,I was really surprised that my sister has already lost 8 pds. just from not drinking soda... in fact I think she has started to even like water better ( I can't get her to touch a soda anymore) I am thinking of trying this water hting out for my self but i think i might have to add some lemon to mine for flavor ;) Brandy

hey everyone...my name is carrie, i am 5'8 and weigh 165 lbs...i wear a size 13 pants...all of my firends are wicked skinny, like my best friend is 110 lbs, and some of my friends, who have really fast metabolisms, only weigh,l ike, 100 lbs! i get really sad about my weight, like tonight I was watching Reba on tv, and all the skinny people just made me feel worce and worce...i eat when im bored and eat until past im full, which i know i shouldn't do, but i cant help it...i have tried to diet a few times but nothing works for me...so, if anyone has some tips or anything please help me! thank you so much!

im sorry i cant be a super help, but have you put your junk food up high or in a weird/odd/different place, that would make u think about why your eating. eg, if u put your food up 7' high, and yur only 5'5, you have to get a ladder to get your junk, yul think"i cant b bothered, oh look at that juciy apple"(mabye a shade 2 hopeful), or" do i really want it, i could have that nice red apple"( note, i liike apples) this trick has prevented me from eating crap infront of tv for a year. instead i just have that easy to reach apple, rather than the chocolate on top of my mum/mom's cupboard. think about it, and dont lose hope. good luck, and be happy and proud!

Don't diet, it's bad for your health and after you're off the diet, you'll just gain the weight back. Start off slowly, like eating healthy foods instead of junk. I reccomend cherries and grapes, since they're really sweet and give you lots of energy. That and spitting out the pits is fun :) Go down a little on your intake of food by distracting yourself when you're hungry. DON'T watch beauty shows or anything with fashion, it will only make you feel bad. Watch cartoons or comedy instead, something that will make you laugh or get caught up in the action. Another good tip would be to not put butter on things, and substitute it for other flavorings, like garlic and olive oil. Hope that helps.
