Keep dieting.Be patient.Dont weight yourself every second,JUST ONCE A WEEK.You are doing great.It takes time.But,if your really worried go to the doctor to check your tyroid.If the results come normal,there is nothing keeping you from losing weight :)

good job :) i used to look at it as a whole.. "oh i need to lose 20 pounds in 2 months" or whatever, but now i just do it day by day. it sucks because sometimes it goes by soo slow but in the end 1 pound here and 2 pounds there comes together and before you know it, 10, 15 even 20 pounds is gone. keep it up, you're doing great

Good luck. Exercise is funny like that. You get used to what you're doing and then you look back and think "Holy Hell, how was this hard before?" This has happened a lot to me lately. Today I ran 5 miles and two days before six and I remember about a year and a half ago when I couldn't run straight an entire one. Stuff is just funny. Just keep at your regimen and you will progress and it will be so rewarding not just from a weightloss stance, but you will better the quality of your life and will have achieved something special. I'm aiming to run a half marathon come July so hopefuly I can get that something special as well. :) Good job and keep with it.

THE BEST WAY TO WATCH WHAT YOU EAT:
-write down EVERYTHING that you put into your mouth
-think this "a minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips"
-I also like to keep a journal, kinda like this site that i keep my thoughts about how i did today and like if i lost or not. i started getting up about 20 minutes earlier so i could write before the day and after the day. try it. you might boost your resultz// pease out

Hey guys!! Okay yesterday I went to the bookstore with my mom and I saw this mini book for 4 dollars and it had the calories of absolutly EVERYTHING. I got it and I keep track of everything. Its such a fun way to loose weight and you get some great ideas for healthy snacks and meals. You guys can get it at a bookstore in the diet section. Its a little book and theres many brands!

keep a spiral and write down what you ate and how many calories and at the end of the day add it up and if its at your goal then you already have a start.
Try this and hopefully it works for you like its working for me!

Today I decided to keep a food journal. To notice all the bad junk food I'm eating. I always read success stories and so that's what I hear that people do is keep food journals to begin there weight loss journey.

hey everyone, i just wanted to say i've lost 30lbs!!! im sooo happy!!! i've been loosing it slowly so i'm not apt to gain it back faster, i'm so happy! now that i look at pictures of the new me and compare them to the old me, i look so much happier, i know that if I can do it ANYBODY can do it, i ate fast food since i was 4, my dad had alot of "problems" so i lived on fast food all the time, im not going to lie it was hard a first getting away from all those little debbie cakes lol. but i did it, i'm doing so much better with my self confedence. im still working on my shyness but im getting there, also im reading this book called "Nobody's perfect" it is so good, they deal with real teen issues and real teen problems, they also have a "nobody's perfect" journal, it's so awsome! but anyway, if anyone needs help or advice i'll be here! Bye!!! :-)

Hey guys! Down another pound! It took me 2 weeks...well, technically 10 days of cheating and 4 days of dieting! Hehe I'm so baad. Signing in everyday to record what I ate really helps me! So now I'm 114lbs...hoping I'll be 107lbs by next month! ~~MissyK~~

Hey heather im really not sure but they do have pedometers (i think i spelled it right) but anyway if you keep it on like while you walk if its the right kind it will show how many calories you burned from walking/jogging/running

i haven't been on in like 4 ever. ugh.does pilates come on in the mourning at like 6? if so on what channel?? ok as of today i am on the slim fast diet, (yum) because it is actually really easy, and it taste good. i added water in my diet (i put rubber bands around it and take them of every time i drink the bottle so i can make sure i drink 8+ glasses a day) and i need to add more exercise i really need to know if/when/where pilates are on. :);):)!

I think we should all start posting what we ate that day. Alot of times people dont realize everything they are eating unless they keep track of it and sometimes people think that they are doing really good but arent, and then people can suggest to them how to make things better. good luck all!

Hey Girls and Guys! Uhm one way to moniter ur eating habit is to write down every single thing you ate and to write down how much you ate. And as your writing, you'll see how much fat and stuff you consume, and I know you'll make some better choices. And if comfortable enough share it with another friend trying to loose weight, its fun to compare notes.

in a journal you could put what you ear how long you exercized what you did for exercize and how you feel
