Hey! I was doing so well, I have lost 15 pounds, and am feeling and looking better. I used to eat after school and in between meals all the time but before I lost weight I stopped that but the other day I had a craving and listened to it and now I have started doing it again. How can I stop???? Also what are some good food to have for lunch????? I make my own lunch and I usually have a sandwish, pizza, or salad and would like some other choices. Oh, and if you start to drink a lot of water keep drinking milk to because milk is really good for you. Well thanks for the help.

Hey~ I have a couple of ideas that might help u with ur cravings. Wen u crave sumthing....... chew sum minty flavored gum and that should get rid of ur cravings. It worked for me. And also, if u drink a couple large glasses of water b4 a meal that might help u get full faster so u wont b able 2 eat as much. The water thing might help u out but im not sure cuz i havent tried it yet but i will. I hope my info is useful 4 u.

Hi im 12 years old and 170 pounds im a boy. I just can't live like this for much longer. I ride my bike to school and back every day and i don't eat many sweets and stuff. I just dont understand it. I'm a little bit different for other overweight people i have more fat on my chest then on my tummy. I have lived this way for the last 5 years and i cant stand it, Please Help Me!

weight doesn't just go away quickly its awesome that u ride ur bike everyday even if u don't eat that much junk food u can still be eating to much try eating less bread and more fruit and vegtables and healthy stuff also make sure ur eatin a surving size also maybe u could do other things besides ridin ur bike for ex. every day to 30 crunches and 10 squats hope this helps l8a

Today: 213.5 lb, Goal: 210.5 lb - hey! Thanks lol this thihng is actually working at the time (i think) lol i hope it works all the way... yesterday i weighted 213.5 and today i weight 210.5!! i mean i know there not much of a diffrence but it had only been a day, and all i did was drink LOTS of water eat less, and do bunches od curls and arm swirls and jumping jacks!!! that's all lol... let e know if i am doing all i can , and if i am doing it good and right!!~Thanks!

All u have 2 do is remember a few things. Portion sizing. If your having a sandwich and chips just remember that a handful of chips and have a sanwich is all u need. U look like u have been going good about drinkin lots of water. But instead of just working your muscles like u were try doing some aerobic activity like taking a walk (or jogging really slow) or u can grab that old Richard Simmons tape. :) BYE!!!!! HELP! Today is my friends birthday and she wants to go to the movies and to Chili's Grill and Bar. I know I can just get a bottle of water and a pickle at the movies, but I don't know what to get at chili's that would be low in calories and fat! Everything at Chili's is fried! only eat half of what you get and ask the watetress to box up the rest and u can take it with you. u can eat some the next day if you want or not. it works 4 me. good luck!

All I can suggest is eat half of what you usually would, make sure you have a good healthy breakfast.. preferrably a good portioned one... if you have breakfast then your metabolism is in high gear for the rest of the day and you'll lose weight better.. drink lots of water, and maybe make a routine to go for a 30 min walk everyday after dinner??? good luck...:)

Hey sup dude? Well, I used to weigh 245 but now i weigh about 205.I lost this in about 6 weeks. I still am overweight and i want to get down to 175. Start exercising everyday at the gym or at home. Eat stuff like grilled chicken and salads. Eat vegetables and fruit. Don't eat more after your full. I don't eat until im full and i dont get hungry. Your mind takes 20 minutes to tell your stomach that your full so just eat what you think would be appropriate. Try this...It worked and still is working great for me.

Start: 180 lb - Hi, I am 14 and the last time I weighed myself I was 180lbs. (this was 3 months ago and my friend, her dad, and I were at the gym.) I almost cried when I learned i was heavier than her dad. Anyway, ever since then, I've been struggling to lose the weight. I never realized I was so heavy, because I can shop and fit into "normal" clothes at places like Wet Seal and Forever 21. I think I have lost some weight since then, but the thing I'm struggling with most is the food I eat. I cannot control what I eat, like just today, I woke up and ate 4 pieces of toast. Not more then an hour and a half later, my sister (who is skinny) had McDonald's and I made myself some french fries (bcause she had some and i WANTED some.)Then I ate a bowl of cereal. It's weird cause I know what I'm doing, but I say to myself "who cares I'm still gonna be fat anyway" but I don't WANT to be this way. So does anyone have any tips on how I can control myself. I already spent $15 bucks on this book last year, and it had the same suggestions that this website has, but I think I just need some motivation or something. PLEASE HELP! (Sorry I wrote so much!)

Also try to set a time where you will eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with NO snacks in between. That way you will get into the habit of eating small portions of "normal" (or the food you usually eat)food throughout the day. If you can't help yourself, and HAVE to eat a snack try a salad, fruit, or a popsicle (not icecream). Whatever you do, don't starve yourself, because it will lower you're metabolism when you start eating again.

I weigh 126 lbs and I have lost about 5 lbs so far by shorting my portions.Don't let anyone say,your not special! Your more than what you weigh! But,anyway find something fun that you like to do that as a lot of things to do with excersise. But, make it for at least 15-20 minutes a day. Well, I do 300 jumps on my trampoline. Sometimes I even talk on the phone as I jump. It helps me be kinda be distracted from how tired I'm getting. But, if your at a party or something eat what there eating. Thats my advice.By!

first of all, ignore that other person who told you about your punctuation because that's just rude. Since you seem to have to eat out try eating more salads, or cut down on your portion sizes because restaurants give out more than twice the proper serving size. You could also order off the kid's menu (if they have one) which is what I do sometimes. Oh, and you could also start off with soup because it fills you up so that you eat less. As for exercise, just try walking more, or spend half an hour dancing in your bedroom! There's tons of ways you can exercise. You could even skip rope for 10 minutes! Hope this made sense and helps a bit.

Hi, I know i don't way that much but the way i'm going im gonna be overweight soon. The thing that i need help on is cutting down on the snacking, as soon as i come home from school i eat ice cream, and chips, and pretzels, and all this junkfood. its not a way to really get rid of the cravings, but to keep you from eating all the junk food. the way to not eat the junkfood when you get home, is to not have ALL that junkfood in the house. i know its hard especially if you have a lot of other siblings in the house like me....but if ya wanna lose weight, you have to cut down some good things. you dont have to stop eating them...just cut down...or dont eat all of them.
