I have lost 2lb a week for the past 3 weeks and it doesnt even feel like im on a diet! Its so good I still eat junk food and have like 1700 cals a day and still lose weight! I do exercise a bit though. But it goes to show you dont need to starve yourself. I havent felt hungry or ever felt deprived I can eat anything so long as its in moderation. Soon ill have to cut back though as I lose weight. But right now Im really enjoying my "diet'!

I am not shure you could lose 50 pounds by may or june you could lose 30 to 40 pounds and get to a normal weight.I am male and i was near your weight and i am 127 now when i was 155.What i did is eat cereal for breakfast plain cereal like rice crispies,or cruncy corn.For lunch fruit.When i felt like snacking i drunk orange juice or water and for diner i ate a medium portion of what my mom makes and i lose 2 pounds a week.Try it you don't feel like eating a lot.You don't feel food deprieved.Also work out 30 minutes a day try it worked for me.

hi, its important to excercise everyday and bot be lazy about it.At first its hard but then you get used to it and then you feel weird if you miss a day! And you shouldnt really go on a diet, you should juss cut down on what you eat Its called portion control. Eat only 3 times a day and for starters eat half of what you eat now. Did you know that if you just stopped drinking soda you'd lose 30 pounds in a year!! Drink lots of water and only eat 3 times a day! And eat lots of fruits and vegitables, you'll notice results in less then a month, good luck! im in a hurry right now but if you need more tips email me at DezirablCreation@aol.com Take care byee

Hey, i am also on a diet. this is what i eat:
breakfast-fruit, lunch-small sandwich no mayo, snacks: fruits and veggies, dinner-half of whatever my mom cooks, for example some soup or something similar. if this is too little for you, what you can do is eat some of the foods that you noramlly eat, but cut them in half. For example if you just HAVE TO HAVe that candy bar, cut it in half and eat only that much. Hey well girl you weigh less then me and im younger then you...lol But what im doing right now is cutting my meals in half and not going back for seconds. I also tryed to cut back on the sweets. This is my plan. Eat only when you are hungry, and if thats hard, cut what you would normally eat in half, or ask your mom ( if she makes the meals ) to give you a smaller serving. Drink lots of water, and take a walk or do some sort of exercise every day. I do Tae Bo 3 times a week, and try and take a walk every day. Also, let your self have some sweets, but only one thing a day, or a small handful or jelly beans or small loose candy. If you are having a hard time with cravings, just eat a tiny bit of what you crave. Also, freeze fruit, its a good, healthy snack. And if you have a hard time keeping your junk food down, separate it in into little baggies and have 1 or 2 a day. Good luck!

Get sandwich baggies and put one serving of the junk food into each baggie.Then tell yourself that you can have 1 or 2 a day. Good luck!

Cut your food in half, and put one half back for the next meal. If thats hard, try cut 1/4 off, or 1/3. Also, speed walk or swim if you can.

People think that when you are on a diet you can't eat any of the foods you really like. If you don't eat these foods and then get off your diet and eat all these foods you will gain all the weight back. You can eat any food you like just cut back the portions. If you normally have 6 chicken nuggets just have 3.

I know how u feel. When I was 16, I weighed 226 and wore a size 18/20. Now I am about 145-150 and I wear a size 11/12/13. What I did was eat whatever I wanted, just limited my portions and that worked for me.

Well if you are doing all of that stuff then it is probably your meal portions... i know thats my problem. Cut down your portions about a fourth... that should help!

I was just writing some advice to someone and I remembered something. I was watching a talk show one morning and I saw this incredibly skinny lady they had on. She had "invented" a really cool diet tool. It was a plate that was painted. It showed exactly how much each space on the plate should be used for what foods. Like 1/4 meat, 1/4 starch and other types of foods, and 2/4 vegetables. Before she patented this plate (which she had made) she used it for 3 meals, had no seconds, and lost 50 pounds! I think that would be a great thing to do. If you don't want to put much effort into it, just by a cheap (fairly small) clear plate, and on the bottom (opposite eating side) draw on the portions that I listed above and use it for a week for every meal, and let me know how it turned out!
