Hey you, don't think that way. Yeah it's tough being overweight but that's not worth your life. Whenever you think about killing yourself again, think about the people that you're leaving behind. That always works for me. Yes, I have also thought of killing my self as well, and thinking about my loved ones always stops me from doing so. If you can't talk to your parents then talk to a close friend about your rpoblems, or use the online chat on this website. About the people that tease at school they're stupid, dumb, and don't have anything else better to do then to make fun of somebody that they know won't fight back. I remember my fifth grade year, when a group of boys were teasing me about the way i looked. Ignore them, but don't expect them to stop - I've tried that many times and it doesn't usually work. You just have to be sure of yourself enough to know that you are better than what they say and how they label you. Have self - confidence!! *Ray*Ray*

Hey sweetie...
dont worry about what your friends say. That isn't right. You arn't getting enough support from your friends who are your biggest critics. You should be happy with who you are (and I know that may be tuff to do when you feel uncomfortable). Trust me, negative feedback from friends and family are some of the hardest things to take in..especially at such a young age. Talk to your mom and tell her that you want to get help, you don't want to be made fun of or told what you already know.

Hey yall, I've just been thinking, and I relized something, I am happy that overtime, my body grew, and I became FAT. I know this sounds crazy but just read on. If I would have been given a perfect body, than I would not have had respected it, and I would have taken it for granted, and just teased other people who were not given such nice bodies. But since God gave me the body that I have, I have to work, to make it smaller, and shaplier. This way, when I do loose the weight, I will appreciate my body, nurishe it, and really take care of it. I will know the pain of being overweight, and not tease people who are batteling the buldge. I will be consious of the fact that I was once dealing with their same hardships, and will be able to support them during their time of need, instead of teasing them and making it worse. hi Leah! I know how you feel about being 130 pounds and teased by your family! Cuz I used to be in the same situation. But I lost 15 pounds and dont get teased no more, so I'm much happier! All ya gotta do is try to stay AWAY from the junk food. ASk ur mom and dad to stop buying them. Specially soda,chips,ice cream etc. I know it's delectable but you gotta stay away if you want to lose weight! remember that. And definatley exercise! I use one of those home bicycles. It helped me a lot. Just 10-20 mins a day you can lose about 500 calories! Its great. Well Good Luck! -dee

I know what you are talking abou; kids can be so mean. I was always fine about my body (actually I never thought about it, because it was just me) but then when I entered middle school people made fun of me and I felt really depressed. I lost abunch of weight between 8th and 9th grade before highschool so I don't know if thats why or what but I like Highschool a lot better. Just remember when kids make fun of you its because they have a problem, if they were self-confident they wouldn't feel the need to put others down so in other words they feel bad about themselves too. It might be apperance (you'd be suprised at how thin someone can be and still feel fat)or it could be their parents are mean to them or something like that. Just hang in there and you can do it!

girl i know wut ya mean....at least i used to, dont worry bout peeps makin fun, you gotta just avt like you would in front of your closiest friends, except act like it at school aight? be cool and be yourself, if you step out ya shell, peeps will get to know who ya really are and will like you for you, not hate ya for your weight problems...belive me ,i know, cause peeps used to talk bout me all the time, but i had to let em know, that's not how it works round hur, you cant be playin that bs wit me, and when i stopped bein shy and started bein myself, peeps was like awh snaps, that girl is kinda tight, then they just started likin me.... n e ways, i got lots more to say girl so if ya wanna talk, email me at luvlygurl101@hotmail.com talk to ya then woudie!

Hey Don't let peoples words get you down. I have alot of couple of people that make fun of me. I know it's hard but just think and work hard to lose weight you''l show them. Not everyone is perfect, just think of the positive things about yourself. If you do that maybe you'll push yourself to lose weight,because for me if i get depressed i end up getting bigger. alright then take care

jamie sweathert let me tell you whst my grand ma told me she said kelsey ignore the people you make fun of you they called me kelsey brownie i did nit like it my nany was right inore them and they will leave you a lone the y think they are allthat but sweetheart they are not.and when you stand up to them they think they are not allthat any more so inore them and you will be all right just walk a way when thay talk to you kelsey

Kid you just need to take it slow. Eat right. Ignore everyone who calls you names and so on. Just start walking everyday for about ten minutes. The next week do twenty. Add ten minutes a week. You cant eat junk food or it wont help. Soon after your work out builds up you will be able to start running. If ten minutes a week is to much just go to five. Until you able to work out for an hour a day. I did it and now i wiegh one 25 and im still doing it. I used to wiegh two fifty. Kid you can do it. You just have to do it for yourself and not others. You just tell that you have a really good looking girl on your side to those kids. Their just acting like a bunch of imature babies. I know how it feels to be teased. Now i look back on all of those kids and laugh. Hopefully they will have enough sense to grow up. Just laugh with them and maybe they will stop. Dont joke about yourself just laugh becouse in your heart you know your going to look good. I believe you can do it.

Hey Steph I want to tel you do not ever kill yourself nothing is worth your life kids can be really mean I know. people would make fun of me too. I did something about it I exercized and ate smaller portions. snack on fruits and veggies instead of chips do not have to much though and have 3 balanced meals a day go walking or bike riding for 30 minutes a day every day and do 20 or more sit ups a day also cut down on sweets. Be sure to have some kind of motivation to keep you going. give it a month please and you will have lost a few pounds then keep going until you reach your goal people will notice. What ever you do do not ever kill yourself NOTHING IS WORTH YOUR LIFE.
