Today: 276 lb - I am 12 and weigh 276 i'm the fattest kid in 7th grade. I have an extremeley large stomach with plump thighs and obese arms. I could use any help on losing weight I gain about 50 pounds a year and think about junk food 24/7 and when I think about junk food i crave it and when i cranve it i eat it! yesterday i gained 2 pounds. I ate a big mac with a large fry and a bacon egg and extra cheese sand. plus 3 bowls of ice cream,and 7 slices of pizza. I nrmally eat just a little more than that! Plesae help me before I become heavier!

hey i know that ppl will tell you to eat healthy and play actives but it doesn't make you feel better see i'm over weight too. but heres what i do ,Taebo its so much fun and easy to do i do it with my mom and brother every day of the week and i could see the diffence in my body and it felt so good Believe me its fun to do its only about 28 mins and it gos by really fast you show try that!!Good luck

Ht. 5'5" - Im 5'5,and im 13. The pool by me is open, and im afraid to wear my baithing suit because im kinda fat blubbbers on my stomach what am I suposed to do??? I TRIED TO EXCERSISE BUT IM TO LAZY TO DO IT NOW, I EAT ENOUGH VEGGIES AND FRUITS EACH DAY AND I PLAY SPORTS ABOUT TWICE A WEEK, AND STILL I DIDNT LOOSE ANY WEIGHT! You need to exercise. Healthy eating and exercise is the ONLY way to successfully and healthily lose weight. It's not that hard: swimming is even an exercise. Do something you like, like swimming or walking, every day for at least 15 minutes. Take your dog for a walk, or your little brother and sister...Exercising isn't as hard as it sounds. You'll do fine. -J

Here is how you can loose weight fast, and I mean FAST! When I was 9 my dad went out and bought a home gym. Every once in a while I would hook up some light weight and lift for a while. I have lifted off and on until I was 11. I had some flab on my arm at first, but after a while I was amazed at how it all turned into muscle. I think that you should start working out every-other night. Before you get a bath/shower you should do some crunches, or sit-ups until you feel like you could throw-up! This really works. I also think you should start running. You should run around the block at least once every-other night. The key to loosing weight is to do something that that makes your heart beat faster, and keep doing that for a while! Then you should probably try out for pee-wee football! You would loose weight and gain some muscle from football practice.I know that you can loose the weight, cause you are a winner! Always believe that! I did, I weigh 156lbs, and can bench press 225lbs, and dead-lift 370lbs.Good-luck in the future,Dave

My dad makes remarks under his breath like "i can't believe she's MY daughter." I can't stop eating, I've had 4 pieces of pizza and two cupcakes already. I can't stop . I've tried dieting but it always turns out the same I diet then see somthing tasty and I get to the eating. I've tried swimming but I can't do one measly lap running is like the worst. You have to help me I have no friends at school, even the teachers are kind of mean. I dread gym I get teased until my head spins. Nobody else in my WHOLE family is fat except for me. If you can't stop eating....walk,walk, walk...wallk until you can't walk no more. do this every single day. walking is the easiest exercise. instead of taking elevators use the stairs. Instead of riding in a car, walk to places. Every little thing helps.

Hey, doing those ab exercises are working, they r making ur stomach muslces stronger andm ore toned. But you could have the strongest abs in da world but wouldnt be able to show them off if ur got a big gut (lik me lol) u need to lose weight overall ur whole body before toning ur stomach up. try whole body workouts like rowingor swimming.

Ab workouts will build muscle which will burn fat, but your gonna have to eat better and drink water, and I say this alot but, arobic excercise, like running, becuase it gets your heart going and if you work long enough your body will start to use the fat for energy and not carbs....okay then hope I helped.

hey, jenn, I ran around 2 miles a day everyday excepet for saturday. and also dancing is a great way to burn off the extra calories your body doesnt need. jumping rope is also a good workout, and jumping jacks, 10 or so pushups a day, and 50 situps a day(every situp burns 1 calorie, so, 50 situps=50calories burned) HOPE THIS HELPED!

I've tried exercizing like rideing my bike but when I got on it the wheels went flat, I've also tried walking one of those machine things I can do it for 3 days or so but after that I just stop, I did 50 sit-ups for a week that didn't work either. I have cut all my portions of food in half and I tried drinking lots of water but I hate water. I'm not fat but after school every day I take my bike and ride for 30 min (Hilly areas are best cause it takes more effort).
