that sounds good but there is no need to wear a garbage bag. Sweating is simply a result of your body being overheated, and its purpose is to cool you down. By wearing a garbage bag you are stopping your bodys normal process of cooling itself. This is seriously a bad idea and it will not make you lose body fat. Even if you lose water youll have to replace it anyway. And also to whoever said you have to go to a gym you dont have to waste money to lose weight just do your stairs its a good idea.

Its ok if you dont like exercise. Some people like indoors stuff and reading its just who you are. BUT exercise is really important. It will help you lose weight. Do you have a dog? If so walk your dog every afternoon for 20 mins. Take a walkman and listen to your favourite music. You wont even realise you are exercising! Just do whatever exercise you enjoy. And also remember to keep your food intake down!!! Hope this has helped you! Bye

a good one is to lay on ur back and slowley drop ur legs and focus on using your abs to control ur legs, that should help ur belly. also if ur lay on ur belly and lift your self up like a push up, but rest w/ ur forams flat on the floor, and hold it for about a min or more, that should work your whole stomach, including ur back and arms, and it'll get your stomach flatter

you shouldnt do too much when you are first starting out. Also, if you dont like workouts dont do em. I hate with a passion doing weights or anything, but i love walking, so i do that. I lost heaps of weight before by walking for 30 mins or more. It gets you puffed but not tired. What you should do is BUILD your exercise time. YOur body needs time to get fitter and fitter. Try doing less then build it up when you get better at it. Hope this helps!

I lost 28 pounds by doing heavy running. Sprints, mile jogs, walk to places instead of driving...those help you lose weight. Not eating garbage helps too and join a few sports teams.

Yes, you should do strenth training. But you don't have to go to a gym to do so. Just buy some free weights and do exercises at home. Weight lifting really revs your metabolism and keeps it higher much longer after your work out than aerobic excerise. But also do your workouts you're doing now. You don't even have to weight lift very often. Try about twice a week. You can do it!!! God bless you!!!
