negative calorie foods are foods that require more energy to digest than is actually in the food itself for example if an apple had 60 calories and the body used 80 to digest it there would be negitive 20 cALORIES some negitve calorie foods are WATERMELON HONEYDEW MELON APPLES ORANGES LETTUCE CUCUMBER BROCCOLI ZUCCINI TOMATO MUSHROOMS AND PEACHES

u might wanna go to the doctor and see if u might have thiroyd problems cuz thats wat i have 1 week i will be 90 an the next i will be 17 i understand how u feel usually when people have dramatic weigh gain it because of thiroyd problems.

hey umm diet things are actually worse for u then the actual thing because the sugar achols in the icecreams and stuff are bad for you and diet soda has an ingredient that causes cancer its called aspertame. so the chemicals hurt you more then the calories

Hi im carla and i live in the UK (britain) im not here for me but for my sister. she is 17 and really overweight, i checked on the calculator on this site. she has never been really thin but she never was really overweight. over the past 3 years she has really gained weight. I think she was about 168lbs three years ago. she left school last year at 16 and she tryed to get a job but she got bored and gave up, for the past year she just sat around the house and gained loads of weight, im not sure how much But one day i heard her crying from the bathroom and she ran into her room, i looked in the bathroom and the scales had broke, they go up to 266lbs. she must about 300lbs. it really shows because she is about 5ft 2". My mum took her too a doctor who gave her this diet to go on but she couldn't be bothered. she trys to squeeze into my clothes and she looks really stupid. Im about 150lbs,... (view more)

yes. a HUGE difference obese is like. dangerosly fat, overweight is antwhere between kinda fat to almost really bad

Hi i'm here not because of me but because of my sister. She is very overweight. She is 5'2 and i think almost weighs 170 pounds. I know why to. She sits at the house all day and talks with her friends on msn. She does things with her friends but thats not everday. She NEVER gets exercise and she eats all the time. We try to keep bad food out of the house, but she does not know what portion control means, so it doesn't really matter anyway. I am worried about her. she always is complaining about her weight and cries sometimes. she wants to be a normal 13 year old and i don't know how to get through to her. If any of you have a thought or idea please share it with me... i really don't want her to get any bigger. Thank you very much

hey if you cant figure out how to email we can just be buds through hear. Well go to the weight watchers web site www.weightwatchers.com Then click on the icon that says healthy and fit then go to workouts...then you will click on women...then you can choose a different excersice for each part of you body...it has a really great hip one that works preety good....and beleive me i have huge hips that need work so i am tryin but give that website a try

Start: 238 lb, Today: 124 lb - Hey everybody!!! It's been about 4-6 months since my last post here...I totally forgot about this site. But for those who may be interested: I have reached my goal weight!!! I started last February at 238 lbs. and I'm now at 124. Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey i just wanted to say u guys have really motivated me to diet and strenght you're stories are really great i never knew guys had problems with weight. Im 15 and there are 11 and 12 year olds who lost A LOT of weight if they can do it i can 2. love handles are like..um well they look like a ring of fat around ur middle hence the name 'spare tire' or 'love handles'

Hey ya'll. Have you tried Jorge Cruise 8 minutes in the morning? I read the whole book and it made so much sense. He doesn't make you cut out any food. It's pretty cool. My mom was on it and she lost like 2-3lbs a week. I know it doesnt seem like much...but that was the healthy way. You guys should look at it sometime.

I am worried about my sister. She is 5'3 and 235.her legs are very massive. she says that they are pure mussule and they are just hard fat. She looks like she is pregnant but not exactly. When she goes shopping, she buys the smallest that she could find.When she wears that stuff to school and everyone laughs.She thinks that she is very skinny.When we have our family diets and when my mom is out, she pigs out. She gains about 5lbs a week.She's had her pieriod before me because she weighs so much.
