I am tired of being over weight.so i decided to slim down.
so my mom joined be in to a group called weight wacthers.Its really cool because it is actually working and when i losing weight it makes me feel great.i go to a meeting every week and the speaker has a diferent solution every week.But the only bad thing is im like the only person under 40 in the room. But weight watchers is a great system for losing weight. I eat little sevings of the junk food.

hi ppl, well i just found out that certain colors really influence ppl-DID U KNOW THAT LIGHT BLUE REDUCES CRAVINGS AND APPETITE? people actually ate less off of light blue plates-i tried it and it seriously works( gonna paint my house light blue)lol

FREE WORKOUT TIPS GIRL...i guess it will work for guys too if they dont mind going to a girls workout site...well anyways...heres what you do..go to shape.com and in the top of the page theres gonna be some links you want to click on the "get fit" link. Now you just pick one of the articles and print out the workouts that they give to you...trust me they work!!! and if you want to get your cardio and weight training workout at the same time just do an exercise then run in place (or any other moderate arobic activity) till the count of eighty..do this after every exercise you do..VOILA you've gotten youre cardio with your resistance training....ok good luck...and remember if i can loose 143 lbs then you can too...

hi. i used to be 130 pounds and i am 5 2, i gained a lot of weight in a short period of time and my pants were tight and my stomach was a litle large. i got sick of it. so basically what i did was stopped eating when i wasn't hungry! i realized that most of the time that i was eating, i wasn't hungry! i tried to cut back on the sweets, and that helped too. i now weigh 113 and my clothes fit much better and i am happier.

hi Nikki its me i learned that if you eat crap like salad and fruits and healthy stuf and also eat less of it you will slowly start losing weight!It is incredible how much wieght you lose!

I am 16 years old. I am very overweight. I lost one-hundred pounds so far but I have another forty to eighty more to go. I eat but never am satisfied. I want help. not really true yes you will get alot of bulky muscles but whos going to do that many? take breaks u wont Joyce L. Vedral toning for teens its a really good book go buy it i have it and it helps alot
