Ht. 62 cm, Today: 100 kg (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi Everyone! I have gained weight but really don't care about it. I'm 12, 5'2" and 220lb (100kg) I have a massive belly bulge that sticks out so far! I'm the fattest kid in my grade! I take a bigger size jeans then my dad, my dad takes 36" Comfy and I take 48" Comfy! I am obese yes, but I don't really care! I eat what I want and exerise little! What do you think? (Note: 62 cm, 100 kg is 5'2", 220 lb.)

Start: 498 lb, Today: 451 lb - Guess what you guys! ive lost so much weight! in such short time! ive lost 47 pounds in half a month!!! and i now weight 451!!!! i have a long weight to go but im on my weigh, and everyone is noticeing! ive never felt so good (people still cringe when they see me though :()

Hi everyone, I am trying to lose weight like most of you and i usually do really well. But during the holiday i just lose control and because im not used to eating junk, when i have it in the holiday seasons i get sick. I was just wondering and hoping someone might have some advice or helpful tips to get through the season while everyone else is eating junk and you are surrounded by treats. Thanks for the help

I'm 124 and onyl 12! and 5 Feet tall! I feel like running off a bridge or just try to cut it all off! I've tryed runnign a lot and all that i just need to know a fast way! I'm so depressed and cry everyday!

Since we already talked yesterday, just remember that exercise is very important so stay active. Ht. 5'3", Start: 100 lb, Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 85) - Hi! I weigh 130 at 5'3. Do u think its OK?? Everyone in my school is really skinny and even though I am not teased or anything, I do want to be skinny too. Anyone ha bright ideas? I used to be really skinny 2 about 1.7 years ago but I lived in Russia then. After that I moved to US and gained 30 pounds in about 5 months. I became 2 sizes bigger in pants and I did not grow much- about 2-3 inches. I want to be 110 by the end of the school year, June 19. Heres my plan: I will do Tae bo 5 time a week twice a day. I will eat healthy, 1350 calories. I will also walk around the block every day for 1.5 hours. How much do you think I can loose by June 19????????????Thanks. Please help. Hey...how do i find out how much my muscels weigh or how much fat is on my body...i have very large muscels that are naturally very big, and i have large bones...how am i suppose to know how much im suppose to weigh...both of my parents are big, and so is my older sister, but everyone else in my direct family is skinny....can it inherated? my mom has been big her whole life...so have i...i just dont know.....

go to http://www.healthcentral.com/cooltools/ct_fitness/bodyfat1.cfm this is awesome! it tells you your body fat % (i was 26 a little too high) AND it says "you have x no of lbs of fat and x no. of lbs of muscle and bone and water". i think the normal/healthy is 22%. check it out and post your results!

Hey guys! I am doing pretty good on my diet. I gave up regular pop and haven't had any in about a month, but it is hard to keep on exercising. Sometimes I would rather have ice cream or fastfood. It is also extremely hard because my best friend(Who I love dearly) is overweight and has fastfood everyday and if I say I don't want any she will buy it for me. Hey todd..a couple ways to lose weight is to exercise everyday. like walk or run. also i know aerobic tapes work..billy banks is good and so is tamilee web. also try to eat healthy food..i dont know any diets but u can prob. ask ur doctor and they will tell u 1. hope i helped. -Angel

DID YOU KNOW: If you were to be absolutely perfect with your eating, and exercised every day for one week, and had the fastest metabolism in the world, it is only possible for the human body to get rid of 3lbs of stored fat per week? thats a fact. Anything else is water or muscle. So all you people out there who want to lose 50lbs in 6 weeks or whatever ridiculous expectations you have, heres the reality check!

Hi, My story isn't really a true success story; even though I lost over 20 pounds in only two months. I was anorexic and became so due to children at my school making fun of me for being 135 pounds. All of my friends were and still are very skinny. I wanted to be like them so I just ate a meal about twice a week for a long time. Before I knew it I was down to 112 pounds. My parents really started noticing then and took me to the doctor who then in turn told me to "get some concealing." So I did that. It worked for a while but trust me people, once you start being anorexic, it is soooo hard to stop. I went through serious depression and lost many friends and ruined many relationships along the way. I think that even though I am a lot more skinnier than I used to be if I could do it all over again I would have accepted the way I was before. Please take my advice and never just stop eating, it can really mess your whole life up.

there is this thing callied walk of the weight ( pounds) it does work u can walk a mile in your house !! its great i lost 2 in in like 3 days i was amazed u just walk in place for the time limit is over and you atcaully walked a mile with out going anywere! But you also must diet too!! sorry just use portion sizes!! easy! also if u are still hungry drink water
