love handles is chub around the hip area.. Kno how some gils where pants to small and their love handles stick out.... ITS The chub chub around the waist

Dont worry about it. I have the same problem as you, I have work/study etc that gets in the way of my exerisice, and i think you just have to accept it and do the best you can. 3-5 times is considered great if you can exercise that much. Remember too, that weight loss is mainly what you eat, and exercising just speeds up the process. I wish you luck!

Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hi! I am 14 years old. I am on the cheerleading team at my school and i weigh 150. I am about 40 pounds heavier then then the other girls and i have a big stomach. Im not very tall so it is kinda abvious. I want to lose at least 30 pounds and I want the help and support from other girls that are going through the same thing that I am. Please reply. walk to get the mail, take the stairs instead of elevator, walk the dog, go to parks, walk 30-40 minutes ontreadmill, eat no sweets for 4 wks. Try it! youll feel so much better!

I cant give you anything on clubs but I would like to say its really nice to see posts from someone who is at least living a life similar to me! Sometimes I feel so old on here! I am in college too, and I keep fit by walking. I dont know if you live at your college, but I dont and I catch buses to get there then have to walk 20 mins there. And on 3 days out of 5 I have to go there twice a day. So all up I do like 320minutes of walking a week, PLUS I do 40 minutes of walking every day on top of that. so thats like 600 minutes of walking a week! it keeps me very fit. Also, my college has a lot of sporting clubs and also a gym and a swimming pool. Im sure yours might as well so why dont you join them or ask them about clubs in the area?? Also, what are you studying? Hope this helps!

You sound like you are starving yourself there! Do you realise that you are only having about 400 calories when you are supposed to be having about 1000-1500 to lose weight? I have no idea how you will stick to this cause I know I couldnt! I think eating breakfast is really important. It starts your metabolism for the day. If you eat just that everyday you will be starving and plus it doesnt sound like you are getting enough nutrition.

Hey i have the same problem but i started walking and i have lost a lot of leg flab. try it. start out slow of course. hope i helped!

Don't assume that all skinny people have never had a weight problem.I was anorexic from age 10 to 13. When i was 8 - 9 i weighed 120 pounds and was always teased about my weight. I felt terrible, like a lump and always awkward and ugly! Now my weight is stable and i am only a few pounds below my recomended weight. So i look skinny and i still have an eating problem (i hate to eat!) but i still feel exactly the same way inside as i did when i was fat!
