Guess what, guys? I've lost 4lbs! It's probably water weight cuz it's only been 4 days. But it's still great, because it motivates me. I lost because of my friend Chelsea, whom I met here at Blubberbusters. She told me I had an eating disorder, and that just made me change my lifestyle around. I stopped binging, and drank 5 cups of green tea a day along with a 1200-1500 calorie diet! So, for those of you who want to lose weight, I suggest you find someone to motivate and inspire you, like a SERIOUS weight loss buddy. I hope you all succeed. ~~MissyK~~

I know ive posted this message before, but i felt that if people saw it that hadnt seen it before, it would be good advice..Hi everybody, Don't ever get discouraged when you can't lose that weight as fast or as easily as you want, it will happen if you believe in yourself, and have confidence that you will lose the extra pounds.I started out at 140 pounds. That may not sound like a lot, but when your only 4 feet 10 inches, that is like huge.My daily diet (before the weight loss) consisted of a big breakfast, usually doughnuts, cereal, or something unhealthy, lunch at school (always french fries and pizza) and dinner at home, usually a starch, meat and something else. After you cut down on eating so much, does your stomach shrink? It seems like now I can hardly eat a cookie as a snack without being stuffed. I used to be able to come home after school and eat like another whole meal, with being stuffed the same as I am when I eat like a cookie. Does this make sense to anyone? Is it a good thing?

Hey..does anyone in her have OCD? I was just woundering cuz I know that's a big part of my overeating. I'm starting to get control but I still mess up a lot. If anyone else has this problem I'll be here to help cuz I know how it feels like.. Oh by the way guys..I've been doing a lot more exersize here lately..even though I over eat a lot!! And I lost 1 1/2 pounds. 145-143.5. That makes me really happy. I'm gonna try to get my eating habits in control and then I'll probably see the weight drop off. I need to work on eating normally first before I go on a diet..cuz I overeat now..once I get that under control then I'll lower my Calories below 2000. For right now I'm gonna keep exercising. Thanks for all of the support guys.

Hermy, we're all on here for advice on losing weight! So if you advice just type it on a post so that everyone can read it instead of making a million people put there emails there so that you can email them seperatly or whatever. You would help alot more people that way! *ray*ray*
