Today: 152 lb - Hey you guys, I haven't been her for the longest. I know a great work out, walk strong. Look in the video section in like, Fred Meyers--- or a grocery store with everything (furniture, electronics, ect. ) oh, and target. look for WALK STRONG and therte's this white woman with brown hair ont he front. That video is great. I'm 152 (because of thanksgiving.)before i was 149. Ao, this isn't just because of thanksgiving, but because i want a great body for myself and wont allow myself to quit this time. Also, don't send notes saying "I wish i was 152 pounds! God ur light!" because weight isn't the key factor--- i want to do this to get healthy, and lookk better. Kisses

hey i saw these tv shows and some ppl who lost weight had like really really really really really lose skin after...it was really gross! how do i keep that from happening to me? Can it happen to me? I dont no!

When your young, your skin cells can retract so you wont have the extra skin...but it will be loose, so you do have to tighten it a bit. But when your older, or youve lost excess amounts of weight, thats when you have all the extra skin.

I guess it all started in 8th grade. That's when I started to have weight issues. I was sick of being called 'fat girl' and teased about being a tad overweight. So I decided to do something about it. I firstjust stopped eating meat and I lost 7 pounds in a month, but that wasn't enough for me. By then I was 5'3, 135, I started studying anorexia all over the internet. I felt like I had to limit my food intake. So I stopped eating anything fatty. I would only take in fresh fruits and cooked vegetables. I also started running so I could burn off all the calories that I would eat. I was then down to 126 pounds. I kept cutting my meals smaller and smaller and I would exercise like crazy. Running 6 miles a day and then coming home and doing 400 situps. It still wasn't enough. I refused to eat more than 150 calories a day. I was obsessed. I was 111 by then but everyone was giving me compliments... (view more)I guess it all started in 8th grade. That's when I started to have weight issues. I was 111 by then but everyone was giving me compliments about how great I looked, and that made me strive to become even more skinner. I found a Anorexia Club online(sick, I know) and I got tips from that on how to get smaller. I kept going down hill from there. I was then 101 pounds. I looked sickly, but for some reason when I looked in the mirror I could only picture the fat girl that I once was. Food and exercise were consuming my every thought. I was hospitalized twice. I'm alot better now, I am weighed in at 113! But anorexia still rules my life, and most likely always will. Thank you for reading my story, I hope that it helps someone! (view less)

Hmm.. what i have been doing this week is eating only when I am hungry, and stopping when I am full. U see, there are 2 different types of food - ones that u eat to stay alive - and ones you eat for the taste. I know that food should taste REALLY good, but for now eat for your heath, not for your comfort. Keep exercising, and when you lose weight, you'll be able to splurge on yummy thigs you like. I have been doing that staring this week ( last wednesday ) and have lost 7 lbs! yay.

Today: 225 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hello everyone, I am new to this whole blubberbusters thing. I think it's cool that I've finally found a place where I can talk to other overweight teens and find out information! I weigh 225lbs, and hope to get down to atleast 150, but I'll work at it. I was just in near death car accident, and realized that I need to change my life. How ever, I have been depressed, because my car was my life so I've been eating so much lately and not doign a thing to lose any of the weight. In the past week I gained 8 lbs! I would love to talk to all of you to get much needed motivation. If anyone has any deit or exercise tips lemme know! I hope to talk to you all very soon, thanks 3 Erin
