hello, i am usaly givin out advice to people who r over weight, good advice too, but this time i need advice. i am not over weight or anything, but over labor day weekend i kinda, well gained 2 pounds. i am tryin to walk them of using my adivce. but since i am still not over weight, my mom won't let me try my own advices. she says that i am too young adn i dont' weigh too much to be doin any thing like my advices. so i can't do them. but i can walk. that helps, but my weight goes up and down, i just want to lose 2 pounds and keep it there.

Hi. I have a tendency to eat whole lot! I eat all kinds of junk food and overeat at regular meals. I notice when I'm full, but I just keep eating and eating. I know this is not healthy, and I really should stop, but it is just such a good felling to be stuffed to your gill. I didn't use to do this, but I started at the begininng of the summer and I did gain some weight, but only like 10lbs or so. Will I keep gaining? Should I stop?

I'm 5'7'' and weigh 155. I need to loose at 25-30 pounds. I just need ideas on how to curb my appetite. I always seem to be hungry and I have a weakness for sweets. I also need motivation to get to the gym. I'm currently in University and am working 4-6 shifts a week so I really need to be motivated to get up and exersize and to actually put some thought into my food for the day.Please give my ideas and tell me what works for you.thanks Lara

Hi, Im 13 and am 5 feet 8 inches tall andweigh 149lbs. I have I large roll with a med sized one on top it and a small one on the verry top. I wear a size 30-33 pants. When I ended school I weighed 139 some how I put on 10 lbs at one point in the summer i was 156 but that left soon. Iwalk arount with my belly suked in. How can I loose 10-15 lbs? I look small but im big in my belly my belly extends from my ches 2.5 inches but nothig hangs it just stics out. Help NICK

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share a couple of tips if anyone wants to try them...my main goals are getting my weight below 200, ideally around 190, and get my waist down below 40 inches, i'm at 41.5 right now, preferrably down to about 36. Anyway, my first thing is to not eat anything within 3 hours before I go to bed, from what I have heard, that weight tends not to metabolize, hence, extra weight. Also, I'm cutting out all carbonated drinks (Cokes, Sprites, that type of thing) i'm now only drinking water and milk. Third, i'm cutting back a little bit at lunch, i'm only eating two things instead of 3. I don't think drastic changes are good for people, and lastly, i'm walking 30-45 min. every day, and I hope to add some weight training soon, but i'm thinking these changes will make a big difference.
