Ht. 5, Wt. 130 - omg.yesterday, i had oatmeal for brekky, a few baked potato wedges and two oven chicken strips for lunch, then i ate no snacks.i did a 30 minute walk away the pounds excersice, and for supper i had a piece of bread, some ceaser salad,pasta, and a couple bites of cheesecake.. i gained two pounds! what is up with that and what am i doing wrong!!???

2 lbs isnt that bad and if u weighed yrself wit yr clothes on then u probly didnt gain anything.

You know your weight fluctuates from day to day. that may be why you gained weight. And a few bites of cheesecake and some pasta won't make you gain to pounds so don't worry about that!

YOUR EATING CHEESECAKE THATS WHAT WAS WRONG AND YOU HAD PASTA AND A CEASER SALAD. JUST EAT A CEASER SALAD NOT PASTA WITH IT AND DONT EAT CHEESECAKE
