Ht. 5'2, Wt. 130 ishh - I always feel so chubby. I want to start my diet tomorrow and i am going to. I have eaten my last chip, my last burger and fries. I know what to eat but my problem is excercise. I need someone to give me a good workout that will work me hard and give me results. Also how much weight could i lose from now and june 21st?

100 is alittle extreem try 5 then 10 then 15 (ect)

by june 21 maybe 7 pounds and do 100 crunches every mornig then go for a 15 minet jog after write after school go for a mile walk then after diner ethire ride a bick or go jogin for 30 minets

hey this is what i think no one can always eat healthy and u some times have 2 cheat but when u r eatting some thing fatten eat a small amount and eat what u can take off because that will be much easier ok i hope u try it

go to slim kids.com u can still have burgers and chips just less of them
