Ht. 4 feet 12 inche, Wt. 173 - I am back and I weigh 173ibs now. Well I need some good advice on how to lose weight. Cause this summer i am going to camp and swimming too. But I want to lose 15 pounds by July 8th, 2006. So if you can help please reply. Thanx.

you can do, i lots a pound a day, just by eating totally healthy and excersicing 30 mins. a day!

15 is realistic, in a healthy way. You lose a lot the first week of dieting, and 2 pounds a week. If you arent sure though, you should ask a doctor.

Well, 15 isn't very realistic. Go for maybe 5 and workout as much as you can without hurting yourself. This is where you'll get the most results. Good luck!!!
