Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 150 - Hola! Ok I have a snacking problem. I'm constantly going to the fridge and stuff for snacks. And not like cake and ice cream and things that have a million calories in them but like bread, sushi, fruit snacks, whatever. I always tell myself: Ok. Tomorrow I'm gunna start this diet/excercise plan. But I can't get myself to start! Can someone tell me a way to get rid of my snacking problem, help me get started, and tell me how to loose 20 lb. in a month and 30 lb. in three months? *If thats possible* Thanks everyone so much! Reply from Elizabeth, Age 12, Age 12 - 06/04/06 - IP#: 70.237.215.xxx its ggod that you're eating healthy foods, not junk food but yo still shouldn't eat too much, but i think you already know that. i kinda have a snacking problem but im woking on it too. if you feel like piging out on food (healthy) eat carrots and calery in fat free dip. its a very low calorie snack, it tastes good, and you can almost eat as much of it as you want cus carrots and celery are mostly water and nutrients.
