Ht. 5'4, Wt. 185 - Hey,what's up? I'm 12 years old & 5'4. I weigh 185 lbs. I want & really need to lose about 40-60 lbs. I'm going to go in2 the 7th grade this year, summer is my only chance!! Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 06/03/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx This is how I lost 23 pounds: Eat 1200 calories a day of balanced food with ABSOLUTLY NO high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, or partially hydrogenated anything. Try organic brands of your favorite foods--they dont taste that different and they are better for you. Also just try to get in at least a walk a day.
