Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - Hey Everybody-
I'm really fat and I carry most of my weight in my abdonimal area. I'm sick of nasty remarks from people and ready to weigh 130 pounds! Do you think this diet will work?
Breakfast: Life vanilla yogurt crunch w/ skim milk
Lunch: Whole grain bread on turkey breast, swiss, and tomatoes
Snack: Fruit Kabob
Dinner: Lemon Marinated Chicken Wrap w/ brocolli and carrots
Dessert: Weight Watchers Fudge Bar

it sounds good, just make sure to not eat any high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated anything or trans fats. And if there is a lot of sodium in anything, drink a lot of water.

try the special k challeng my mom lost a lot of weight i still haVE TO WAIT TILL FRI TO START cus i dont start summmer till fri ok good luck ! :)

well i think that you can eat anything as long as we eat little of it like the averag person is recomended to eat 6 meals a day (small meals)
