Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.2 - a lotta people don't eat or drink milk/dairy products cuz they think it's fattening. wrong! actually, having 3 sources of lowfat (between 1-5g of fat) or fat free dairy helps you BURN FAT!! calcium is necessary! if you're vegan or lactose interolerant, find other ways to get calcium!

No it's not wrong. 2% milk IS fattening. that's why there is skim milk and 1%. Whole milk is even worse. If you are a vegan and/or lactose intolerant, you could try propel calcium fitness water.

You should read Fitness magazine's May issue. They did a whole article on the truth about milk. Milk can be good for you or it might cause some diseases! Overall, I thought, milk seemed pretty good for you if you weren't at risk for any diseases (like it runs in your family). Pick up the magazine and see what you think.
