Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - i went to my friends house and i totaly screwed and started eating junk. but okay i only started two days before that. okay...if everyday i have 2 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of cheese with 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of water for breakfast......for lunch, a tuna sandwhich with LIGHT mayonasse with 3 cups of water.....yogurt for a snack.....and a healthy dinner is that good? and i will add in 150 or more crunches each day or some sort of excercise such as walking situps pushups or crunches...how much should i lose in a week? should i make any changes? thankks.

hey missy! im new. ok well i have a suggetion... why dont u try running once a week along with ur diet and crunches. i run everyday in the pasture with my horse. it really works! i promise! oh and i think ur plan is great... just loose the cheese!

No, you can keep the cheese but bring it down to 1 slice. You need your calcium & dairy.

do you know that cheese is 100 calories per slice if you eat that way i think you will gain more weight
