Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - so yesterday for breakfast i had a light and fit yogurt. for lunch i had a little bite of chicken and a little bit of salad and a whole can of campbells chicken noodle soup. then for dinner i had 3 perogees, a little bit of porkchop, and a little motzaball soup. then like 4 hours later i had habachi shrimp with white rice and those cooked veggies. then after that i had a little cup of ice cream? did i eat okay? or was that terible?

that wasnt to horribley bad! just u might want to cut down a little bit on the cambles. it isnt that good for you.

dang girl!!!!! excercise upssesed??? no im kiddin! how can you do that much stuff??!! i can barely get out of bed let alone do all that! im gonna need some major encouragement! i need a new diet and a new excercise plan!

plus i did 20 pushups, 50 situps, and 100 crunches on the ab lounge.
