Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 153 - Okay this is me weekend: Saturday I had an energy bar for breakfast, then I went to my soccer game. After the game I had a bacon and lettuce sandwhich on wheat. Later I went swimming for 3 hrs. And for dinner I had grilled chicken, corn, and strawberries. Sunday I had a bowl of Cheerios and for lunch I had a ham sandwhich. Then I had 2 soccer games. Then for dinner I had a burger without a bun. Is that okay? What should I change?

Reply from Gabriella, Age 12 - 08/13/06 - IP#: 205.251.123.xxx that is great ! the only advice i can give you is to maybe eat turkey bacon (although it sounds weird, i have it often- no more regular bacon for me- and it is delicious - only low in fat !) and maybe lean burgers- but other than that - you are doing great . Especially with the soccer. I play for my city's all-star travel team , and have been in soccer for 3 years now - and i have lost 25 pounds, and have never felt better. Stick with it and don't give up ! - Gabriella*
