Ht. 5ft, Wt. 134 - last nite i told myself that i'm not going to eat anymore fatty foods and i'm finding it kind of hard to find something to eat for breakfest cuz the stuff i would normally eat have a lot of calories and fats in them there's these corn flakes(not frosted) but they taste really nasty does anyone have any ideas of what i should eat for breakfest and lunch (for dinner my mom usually makes meats and veggeies healthy stuff)

Kayla and Lidsey both had excellent choices! For brunch on the weekend treat yourself to two fat free whole grain panakes (I hate the frozen ones...look for mixes), a whole piece of fruit, a yogurt, and two slices lowfat canadian bacon (lean breakfat ham). For lunch, I also recommend soups, salads, and small containers of leftovers (like a serving of whole wheat pasat and 2 meatballs).

Yes, Kayla is right. Those are all very healthy choices for breakfast. For lunch I suggest aSouth Beach Diet wrap kit (you can buy them at the grocery store) or a good old fashioned sandwich. A good healthy sandwich is: 3 sliceslight deli-sliced turkey, a little mustard, and a slice of light cheese on whole grain or whole wheat bread with an apple and water to drink. I hope this works out for you!

theres so much you can have for breakfast: low fat yogurt and fruit, cereal (i personanly like total, but not to many people do, so anything that doesn't have way to much sugar).. whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a banana.. just a big bowl of fruit by itself.. eggs are good if you have time to make it.. egg beaters are good to, and you make them in like 2 minutes in the microwave.. stuff like that..
