Ht. 5'0, Wt. 144 - Ok, so last week, I had lost 4 pounds. (down to 140lb.) But then this week, I weighed in as 144 lb. everyday. I've been eating the same things that helped me lose weight last week, and I go on the treadmill everyday. I know this is a plateau but I hate it. Any tips?

It's frustrating, becuase my docto told me to get down to about 140-150, and I've been 166-170 for like 2 months. Well, what I'm trying to do is set up little challenges for myself to keep going, eat more vaired foods, exercise mroe, etc/ Beleieve it or not if you eat too little, you metabolism will get kinda funky and it'll be hard to burn calories! Also, try to aim for at least 2 veggies and fruits per day and 3 sources of calcium. I heard teens are leaner with milk, so I'm trying to drink more milk. Hope i could help. :0) P.S. Remember it's normal to "Gain weight" during your period, but really you're just retaiing water!
