Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Howdy ya'll! Here is my food today so far: Breakfast- 4 pieces bacon, rasberry yogurt (about 300 calories) Lunch- McDonalds Bacon Ranch salad, apple, and Diet Coke (about 600 calories) I have no idea what I am going to eat later,and I don't know what I will do for excersizing except for shopping with my friend. So how did I do so far? I will try and post the rest of my food and excersize later. Good luck to all of you!

thats good linds but try to take out the bakon and have a 100 cal pack on the side i think its better or nothing on the side. one more thing instead of soda have a water like if you have 2 sodas a day have a soda and a water. i hope it works!!

By the way, the rest of my food was: Snack- lowfat Poptart and 1% milk (about 300 calories) Dinner- grilled cheese with bacon in it, small bowl of soup, and Diet Coke (about 600 calories, but I don't know) Dessert- a candy cane (I do not know how many cals. but my mama said it isn't bad for a small treat) For excersize I just walked around Wal-Mart and Kohl's.

Well, it was just that I weighed myself in the morning this time and last time is was fully clothed in the daytime.

did ya lose 3 lbs? cause your other thing u posted said 163 and now it says 160. and good job linds i hope we will be weight loss buddies and lose weight 2gether!!
