Ht. 5'2", Wt. 138 - hey everyone. okay so i read that story as well and my good foods were: salads
brocoli
tomatoe
cucumber
celery
carrots
soup broth
Nectarines
plums
apples
oranges
cantelope
honeydew
whole wheat pasta [fist full]
sandwich- whole wheat bread and ranch dressing HALF
chicken
strawberries
, bananas
pinnapple
yogurt. thats what im gonna stick to, any more suggestions? my problem: whenever i try to tell my mom i want to diet she changes the subject and the next day my house is filleddd with junk i dont understand her at all. also she wonr buy me a gym pass she says its to much money..
i need a way to get her to support me.

Sit her down when there are no distractions. If she tries to change the subject, get her back on track. Then say all of the reasons why you want to, but only the ones parent want to hear, like your health and self-esteem. Tell her that if she would support you, you would be very grateful. Good luck with it. I know it can be very hard. And those are some pretty good foods!
