Ht. 5'1", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Well, in the past 4 years maybe..I've probably gained about 50 lbs. I really want to be looking healthy..i don't have to be really skinny...I just want to look healthy enough to go in a bikini this summer. I'm trying out for track at my school. I can run a lot even if I am overweight, since I play soccer, so i could do everything...How much weight do you think i'll loose by the summer if I'm doing soccer 5 hours a week, and track 10 hours a week, since it's probably 2 hours after school? And eating a little bit healthy, of course....

probably about 10-15 pounds of course you could also do more then just soccer and track you could also do other stuff at your house! well good luck!
