(i also get a lot of exercise and my metabolism is always pretty high cuz i jump around all the time.)

Anyways, you should not be eating that little. 2000 calories is normal for a fit person who isn't on a diet. 1000 is too low, especially as a teen. Try 1600 calories a day instead. It is much healthier. Even if you are not hungry all day you should always eat.Even if it is just 1000 on those days, that is sooooooooooo much better than 200. Unless you have the flu of course.....
