Ht. 5'3", Start: 145 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Heyy ya'll ...i am planning to go on a MAJOR diet in the summer. but i'm kinda scared. im scared i wont lose the weight, and i REALLY REALLY want to. since i'm going to camp, (not the kind of normal camp, there are no cooks, just a fire and tents) and i expect to lose at least 10 pounds there. but, all in all, i want to lose about 30 pounds. and i don't really have ANY willpower. does anyone have any suggestions on how to react to your cravings, what do you say when you're bored and want to at, to stop yourself from eating? please someone reply.

just remember while you have those cravings that being hungry for unhealthy food is resistable... you can fight the cravings, just tell yourself that the great taste lasts for like a minute and all it does sticks to your waist for the rest of your life
and i bet that the biggest cravings for unhealthy foods mainly come out of boredom
instead of laying on the couch eating popcorn and candies get out in the fresh air and hang with some friends and ride your bike or play some soccer or basketball. good luck with the wieght loss!!
