I hate being fat, and wish I could go back to a size 0 or 2. I have a pair shaped body, meaning I carry my weight in my stomach and thighs. If I were to jump rope for 30 minutes 4 times a week and eat healthy, how much weight could I lose in a month? Also does anyone have a good meal plan I can use?
Reply from kaity, Age 12 - 07/30/07 - IP#: 70.255.80.xxx i dont know about you but i ran 1 mile, did 10 push ups, 100 sit ups , jump roped for 1min, ran in place (but when i ran in place i kicked up my knees as high as they will go every time cuz it helps with your lower belly) for 1 min. and thats about it and also i cut off sodas and only ate when i was hungry. and thats about it! i lost 3lbs in 2 1/2 weeks like that so good luck!
