Ht. 4'6", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 87 lb - do you know that 60 percent of people who don't have breakfast will be overweight or obese by the time they are 16? Also, do not skip lunch or dinner. it will make you hungrier, and you'll fnd yourself eating snacks and junk food the whole day! lastly, when hungry, think healthy!

Its hard to eat when you're not hungry though .
i wake up in the morning feeling like i'm full from supper , and i don't eat because of it . and usually i'm not hungry at lunch time either . and i'm fit . your giving out false facts .
