And i think jogging for 15 minutes, doing 100 crunches, walk for 20 minutes, and do 500 jumping jacks, drink lots of water, and eat healthy,will help you MAJERLY! lets try this everyday! Everybody reply at night if you did it. If you cant jog for 15 minutes, just do the best you can, and stay hidraded.
