ok here is what i ate today i think i did bad, i ate one donut for breakfast wit a small cup of apple juice and for lunch i had a peice of pizza and an apple. for dinner. and after school i had a packet of top ramen and for dinner i had 2 polish sosages and another apple. i think i did really bad wit the food... :( but anywayz i was jumping on the trampoline for a half hour and i walked home from the bus stop not long walk tho and i ran back and forth around my house today.. i think i did really bad but what do u guyz think? and my mom just bought apples today so i will eat a apple for breakfast and try and eat healthier at lunch and dinner. anywayz im 5ft 162 my goal is to be 125

Make shure not to eat unless your body says your hungry. Dont eat while watching tv or working on the computer, If you are eating infront of the tv, then you will not notis that your full.
Reply from Cynthia, Age 13 - 04/16/05 - IP#: 67.140.53.xxx GOOD GOOD....I am about 119 right now or 120...i am at risk...i lost 4 pounds last week...i just cut the junk and started eating apples and other fruits instead of candy bars and popcorn...i excercised and ate healthy i plan on doing it again
