Hello everyone,
I have been dieting and exercising since january and have seen the biggest results i have sheded 73 pounds i started at 195 and 5'2. I really had to work hard i would do 500 crunches a day and run 45 min, and lift weights 15 min. and eat 1200 calories a day. it has been very hard but you dont know how happy i am i am now 122 i am praying to get down to 120 and as they say you can claim it done since god never fails.. It may be hard to lose weight.If you dink a lot of beer and smoke STOP!!!!! it makes you fat.I get slagged nearly everyday.So start the new you now.Keep working if you want to look good in tiny skirts and tops and stopp been called fat.Eat fruit and veg everyday it helps.I get called fat behind my back.I ONCE GOT CALLED OBESE!!!!!!!!!!

Hi! Wow im really happy for you that you losed all the weight...Im trying to lose the weight too but the thing is that i cant go outside and play because i either have alot of homework or its a bad day!And i get bored easily which means that i eat alot{Well not that much}...Im 11 years old and im 130 pounds. I go to every site that can help me lose weight...I even try to do what they say but it seems it does not work out. The thing that really gets me down is that my "best friend" calls me fatty at times. Do you have any suggestions that may help me? PLEASE EMAIL ME AT NINI914@AOL.COM
