Hello,
I am 5'2 and weigh 195 I want to get down to 100 (is that to low) Im giving myself a year to do this I will need to lose About 1.77 pounds a week which is totally possible thats about 5 pounds a month although doing this I want exercises that will give me a hot body (does any body know exercises that will make the breast look bigger) I want exercises that will lower weight but not gain muscel can you help me out

110- 120 is healthy for you. losing that much in a year is a realistic goal for that amount of weight loss, but you should lose a little less than that.

100lbs is resonable, its a good goal. good luck on losing weight!!
