ok all im starting my diet to day and im currently at 165lbs so im hoping to get back down to atleast around 125-130lbs any suggestions that would help im just gonna start eating healthy and excersing and hopeful it gets me somewhere so does anyone think that if i eat like salads and veggies (carrots , apples, brocoli etc) and dont snack on junk foods and eat right and for dinner have meat and veggies . how much do u think i could lose by september ? thanks kylee
