Hey! I weight 130, I'm only thirteen. I don't feel so good about my self. I need help to LOSE some weight. I don't know where to begin. I have tried alot of other ways like don't eat two meals just one and such but its not working. I don't know what to do now. I don't feel confident in my life at all. I don't wanna to become 220 pound girl when I'm in ninth grade. I'm willing to sacifice alot for a good body. I hate my big tummy mainly. Im really gelous. Anyway you should just take it one step at a time, eat healthy, and work your abs! Good Luck Becca(again)
