some HELP!!! ok, im 4' 10.5" and i weigh about 120, ALL the fat goes to my thighs and my belly. im a vegiterian so there isnt much to eat here thats healthy. my parents bought some fruit but its going bad already!! does anyone have some healthy foods and some good exercises? i dance alot so that helps but i need more than that...someone give me some tips im very self conscious..thnx

replace one can of soda a day with a glass of water, that could help ya lose up to 2 lbs. a month, try an aerobics workout like pilates or running they work! also start doing leg raises and situps and crunches i do like 50 situps a night and i see results

Try arobics or pilates! They're a really good workout. Vegetarian....hmmmm...i dont know any good foods for vegetarians. However, when i was looking for a diet on the internet, I did c a couple of diets for vegetarians! Maybe you should try them.
