Ht. 5 3, Wt. 130 - Hey eveeryone I take gymnastics twice a week on Tues and Thurs. and those classes are an hour long each I am in the intermediate/advance class and started this new class bout a week ago I sweat a lot in this class that by the time I am out of this class my head is sweaty! so do u think this will help me lose weight plz plz plz plz send me and diets tips or anything and ps does anyone know if the three day diet really works?

i am 5'3 and 135lbs. help me lose 5 pounds and then we can work the rest off later

You do not need to lose weight. Just continue with your classes and eat healthy. That diet does not work it is impossible. Eat a healthy breakfast like a fruit drink or a small bowl of cereal with 1% milk. Lunch have a wrap. !*KAYOME"S EASY RECIPE*!
1 Tortilla (different flavours are good)
3 Slices of chicken
Several pieces of iceberg lettuce and enough mayo to cover the tortilla
Spread the mayo on the tortilla with a knife. Add the slices of chicken and the lettuce. Roll up and cut in half. You can eat both halves or eat one and save the other half for later *PS* put it in the fridge.
Have a small plate of pasta in marinara sauce for dinner, with a small side of your favorite meat. This gives you some of all the food groups when cheese is sprinkled on top. *Do not have this more than twice a week because too many carbs is not good. And stick to the food pyramid. GRAINS : 9-11 servings FRUITS + VEGGIES : 8-10 servings DAIRY : 3-5 servings MEATS + ALTERNATIVES : 2-3 servings *nuts are alternatives* GOOD LUCK! DRINK A LOT OF WATER!
