Ht. 5'4, Wt. 142 - i've heard alot of places that water helps alot with losing weight. i made a plan for the day which might help u guys 2.
have 12 BIG glasses of water a day. 2 at breakfast, 1 bottle while doing eliptical, 1 as snack, 2 at lunch, 1 with snack, 2 at dinner, 1 after walk, 1 after swimming, 1 before going to bed. hope this helps

That's a great plan but what's eliptical? I have a feeling I know what it is but not sure.

It does but you have to cut out juice and pop because they are full of sugar, which is fatty.

an eliptical is a machine that you walk on except it puts u in a motion that some how evectivly (sp) helps u lose weight, get a workout, and strengthen your legs
