Ht. 5''6, Wt. 188 - hi ppls!!
I really want 2 lose weight.
I got a wedding to go 2 on september 24 and i want 2 lose as much as i can.
I have been doing exercise this whole week.
like the first day I did I went to 184 then 182 then the next day I weighted 184 again cause I ate breakfast. I don't eat after 6, my mom says that will make me get like more lbs. so i ate then i exercised.
before that I went back to 187. next day 184. today I woke up and I weighted 188. I don't know what to do!!!!
If u can give me advice re-post,Please.

dont sweat it , my dad said that you way diffrently during the day so you should only weight once a day at the same time and dont way to much ,, only 1nc a week

Just eat fruits for breakfast instead of a full meal thats what I do and I weigh alomost 190. I am losing weight!

This might be inspirational to you. My brother weighed like 211 pounds in the summer of his 5th grade going to 6th grade thing. He really wanted to lose weight so he got on the football team at school. He lost sooooo much weight. Ever since he was in the 8th grade he has weighed 160 pounds and he is very muscular. So basically ty out for a sport if you can, and what he really did most of the time was run laps. That's a great way to lose weight.

Hey. If you try to eat like good foods and stuff it will help, and also sometimes I'm not really hungry, but I'll go and eat a bunch of junk food.(make sure you don't do that.)Also if you eat a meal and you're still hungry my aunt said to wait 20 minutes, and you won't be hungry really.im me at either Sk8rgrl1724@aol.com, or moshpitchick17@hotmail.com
